If I recall correctly, it was after doing a show jumping round, that you decided to buy Banksy. Congratulations on doing so well.

Some days especially when your on P week, hormones and nerves can wreak havoc. The good thing is that you did the events anyway....and you won and qualified! Yay. Well done to you and Banksy. Love your vlogs and mostly i like the raw footage especially hearing clip clops of hoof beats xxx

I love how real you are Tina. You don't paste on a fake smile and pretend your feeling confident, you're honest about feeling nervous and it makes me feel better about when I am nervous to ride my boy. Makes me think "if Tina can get on and jump 90 with some nerves then surely I can get on and ride some flat work with another horse in the arena and hold it together". My guy has more white than Banksy and he's definitely more lazy 😆 I've never cantered on him yet and I've been riding him for almost 4 years, purely because I let my nerves get the best of me every time we start to excel at trot work and then I let us both get lazy and scared again. I'm hopeful this summer I'll get to start cantering. In the meantime, I'll keep watching you because you're you and you dont bullshit or fake things and I love that! ❤

It was fun to see all of it, when there's instructions no music and when it's just "fun" like today then music 🎵.

Massive well done,, super first class. Definitely do Blue Chip qualifier if you can, you are doing so well. I was always a bag of nerves mornings of shows, but remember as soon as you start they just get disappear and you get on with the job 💙🥰

You smashed it, that was awesome! Great thing to try when you can't stop feeling/thinking the negative is a positive affirmation. So as soon as you feel yourself thinking the negative thought say something positive, repeat every time you catch yourself thinking negative...and breath.

I think that all of your devoted followers know how you are every month or so. We all just go along with the flow and understand what what you are trying to tell us. Your horse Banksy is the greatest, he really does understand you and tries to do everything that you ask of him. Your vlogs are the highlight of my day or week, both for you and Emily. I guess I bit of feedback: I know one thing you mention in your show vlogs is skipping the prep work / bathing Banks because it's shown so much. Personally, I love seeing it. It just shows realistically what it's like to prep for a show and I get to live vicariously through you and Banks competing as there's not much going on horsey wise here in Vegas :D
Great job Tina and Banksy. It's hard to do something new, even though it was the same place, it's different. You did fantastic. Wonderful. I like listening to your lessons. I also like the music. So, which or whatever you prefer.

If you want to get those white legs seriously shade wearing white, try Pro voke touch of silver brightening shampoo. You can get it from amazon in a 400ml bottle, as far as I can remember. It's a people shampoo, but god does it work better than any other on the market for horses today. Before I found that, I used to use red rum purple shampoo before it was discontinued. Oh, absolute life saver when it came to my hairy heavyweight piebald cob. Works much much better if you can leave it on for 5 minutes to get some extra brightening. I always used to have around 3 bottles in my tack box at any given time, along with empty hair dye bottles with the long nozzles to get down into the feathers. 👍
Well done! Banksy looked great show jumping, can really see how much he loves his jumpies! You too are doing amazing- you look much more polished & secure in the saddle compared to this time last year.
I feel you on the nerves- hopefully as you say they will improve as you become familiar with the BS format & as for the editing, I really enjoy hearing your instruction in lesson vlogs- it is super interesting listening to different peoples thought processes on training. I also enjoy raw footage were we can hear the thoughts/ discussions while you compete or train as much as the voice overs etc. So just do whatever works best for you 🙂

I’m interested to know more about Lisa, my question is what’s Banksy’s reaction when he sees Lisa?
Just an idea if you want to keep your rambling separate from event vlogs and make the event vlogs only eventing then you could start a wee series maybe called “stable talk” or “Tina’s Rambles” then you can chat away there. I’d for sure definitely watch it. Either way I love your vlogs no matter what you do.
