Todd is the real deal. I'm so tired of popular charismatic leaders spewing new revelation but not having the fear of the Lord and the character to match. I no longer trust any leader who does not make Jesus and death to self as the main message.

This is the most sound response to the subject of crucifying the flesh that anyone could ever give. He didn't give a bunch of dos and don'ts, which are just a working of man's strength which can only go so far. He points us back to the Lord and His word. Stay with the LORD in His word, until the light of truth breaks out in your heart, which light sin and flesh cannot withstand. Halleluyahhh!!!!

Somewhere in the middle of this I spaced out for a second and that small voice said to me “If I made you right with God your Father then why do you still believe lies about yourself?”
This hit me because I am now wondering if this is why my transformation has felt like a slow process at times. Like why do certain areas of the old self still come and fight so hard?
What you said kind of clicked and as I’m sitting hear listening, clearly the Lord is next to me listening with me and He just pointed this out to me.

I’m so tired of hearing believers saying it’s so easy to do this or do that, you just have to say this and you will experience this powerful manifestation of God! I have said and done it all and nothing happens. I am a believer but I can’t seem to get the power to manifest. I just keep thinking about the verse that says blessed are the ones who have not seen but believe. But this was about believing in Jesus and not experiencing Him personally. Don’t get me wrong, He has done so much for me, but I want to be overcome with His love for me and hear His voice (not necessarily verbally). I want to be assured that His spirit is inside of me so I can confidently take authority. I want to go farther and higher and not just live by faith but I don’t know how and everyone just says that it’s easy and just repeat this. It’s not! 🤷🏽♂️
No no, it’s not easy, but it is simple! The journey with Jesus doesn’t guarantee an easy flight but it surely promises a safe landing. Don’t pursue an experience but believe his truth! Even when you don’t FEEL it. Fight the good fight of FAITH. No super Christians in the kingdom just believers. You are meant to love not your own life even unto death. You have to get out of the way of YOU.

Few days ago I heard the voice say CRUCIFY YOUR FRESH I'm taking time through His word to learn more what was my father actually saying 😢
It means don't give into your bodies desires so much and discipline it, fasting is doing without something you desire while spending time with him and meditating on the word and giving him praise in that time and when you do this, right before you wash your face and hands and anoint your head with Holy oil.

He’s talking about God’s truth changing your heart and replacing those fleshly desires with His truth. The answer is asking God to talk anything out of us that’s not like Him. It’s about allowing His truth to change those things in us. I hope that makes sense.
