    Hello Guys,
I see lot of people asking about School & Education.
1 - I did not miss it it's just that I've shared a couple's (Male+Female) cost of living and not family.
2 - I did not had any kid at that time hence I did not know about it and also people from my circle.
3 - CURRENTLY AS OF DATE 12 SEPT 2024 SCHOOL FEES OF Nursery Fees ranges from 60K - 1.5Lakh (Conditions Apply- such as Location, Popularity of School, Branding) You can take a guess about further education.

There are even rented house for 14 k to 18k for 2bhk if not choose the posh areas but there are many decent areas. 2bk Buying value is around 50 lac to 65 lac for decent area like Dhanori Wagholi Hinjewari.. 75lac to 90 is purely posh areas.. . Sorry am from real estate to know these details hence shared

What is meant by posh area in Pune?
      - whole city seems group of villages put together
      - roads, footpaths are dug up everywhere
      - traffic sense is poor and red light yellow light looks like green to drivers as seen by people crossing those lights.
      - water supply is hardly from govt but from tankers.

Pune for a visitor is not a city but chaos, it is actually collection of villages , drivers with zero traffic sense, extreme dust, 2 km roads not finishing in even 3 years. Rapid deforestation, huge traffic and some oversmart ness.
Tankers used across city , no water supply except for kitchen from govt.
And in so called townships water is taken from mula mutha rivers directly by builders , don’t know how right it is.
