Bana daha v2 güncellemesi gelmedi. %85 batı asya trabzon rize havzası gözüküyor. aslen hemşinliyim. Beni de gürcü çıkartacak büyük ihtimal :)
dürüst olmak gerekirsede büyük oranda megreli laz kökenin vardir. türkmen boylari anca 15. 16. yüzyilda dogu karadenize geldi ve bugünde bakinca bariz olan demografik yapi laz. Sözde Pontus Yunanlarin bile büyük oranda Laz genetigi var
Broo I've been waiting for my updated results for over a week I can't control my patience helpp 😭
Stay calm!

@@luktendoo yea same here lol still hasn't come
The amount of data that we used in this version has allowed us to provide a far more refined and accurate representation of your ethnic makeup. Our Science team has even grown the ethnicity estimate to include 79 different ethnicities from a wide variety of regions across the globe instead of the previous 42.
As a consequence, you may notice that you have more ethnicities in your estimate as a result of this, but with lower percentages of each population, or less ethnicities with higher percentages. You may also notice that smaller percentages have disappeared completely. The reason for these changes is because technological advances have allowed us to replace the algorithm that calculates the origins of your DNA markers with one that is more sensitive to differences between close ethnicities.
Deswegen Ist Myheritage was DNA angeht ein No Go .
Ayni
For me, the old result says Greek and southern Italian 44.5 percent.
which I can confirm with Igenea or in other DNA tests and in the family tree, the Italian is correct. I don't know Greek.
Eastern European 22 percent
which is also correct
Askedan Jew 2.8 percent, which is also correct
West 19.9% and Central Asia 9.1 percent.
The new update has errors, however, and puts everything together.
Greek, Albanian 90.2 percent
Balkan 5.9
these two are the Slavic population who call themselves Greek, Albanian and Balkan. the detail is missing
Southern Italy 2.0
Central Asia 1.9
The Jewish part is gone, haha :) some things were removed, which was right...
Greeks are Albanian
apperantly with the new update the remove parts of your dna too that they consider ''unimportant'', the new update is great for non-mixed europeans and very bad for multicultural people, many people who have a lot of other countries, like a person in a comment section on one of these videos said that she was 25% scandianvian and 25% british on her moms side (i believe her mom) and her dads half african and with her old update made sense and said she was 20% african or something but with the new update it changed to 7%, also they arent very good with anatolians and other turkic groups in that area apperantly (im from nothern europe so i dont know much about that) but yes, the update we thought was so good, we we're like ''finally more diversity and more specific ethnic groups of a region!''. But then they still give non-accurate results, even worse than before mostly. Also they dont even do their research correctly! I just a few mins ago found out they used a SPANISH song on the portugese ethnicity.. smh..
Made by me! Right?
@@muronormalo im not sure, it was a result video im pretty sure
Thank you for contacting us. My name is Anne-Laure , and I’m from the MyHeritage Support Department. I’d be happy to assist you.
I understand that you have a query about your ethnicity estimate and would like to know more about the updated version.
As you have noticed, your ethnicity estimate has now changed from our older version, the 0.95 beta, to our version 2.0. This does not mean that your DNA has changed, but the way that we interpret your DNA based on the information available to us has greatly improved.
You can switch between both versions of your estimate and compare them as often as you like. Here is a link explaining how to do this.
my heritage is funny now Iberian are all 100% portuguese , or 100% spanish or 100% basque ha ha ha
may have even removed the older / missing ethnic label from our estimate completely. This was done in order to provide you with a more precise representation of your ethnic makeup.
Lastly, if you are missing the smaller - less than 2% - ethnicity labels, this was most likely because our previous version considered these ethnic markers as “biological noise” and had difficulty assigning them to the correct label. Now, our current version is much more precise, and as a consequence, your genetic markers are assigned more accurately to the correct ethnic labels.
On the one hand, this has allowed us to break broader regions into even more refined ethnic regions. An example of this is how we had a large ethnic region for Scandinavians in our 0.95 version of the ethnicity estimate, and now in our 2.0 version, we have broken this region down into Norwegian, Swedish, and Danish.
Likewise, if you are missing a previous ethnicity completely, this is most likely because we most likely re-assigned your genetic markers from that ethnicity to a larger ethnic region. We
Good job., I appreciate.
I hope that the above information has helped shed more light on this issue for you. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Wishing you a wonderful day.
Kind regards,
Anne-Laure

I don't think it's illogical.
A Pontic Greek profile could be modeled as 85% Georgian and 15% Mainland Greek.
The Medieval Oghuz Turks would score mostly "Central Asian", with some excess East Asian(Japanese/Korean, "Inuit" etc).
This person clearly has significant Pontic Greek ancestry,, and a noticable Oghuz Turkic admixture, which is very common in the Black Sea region, starting with Gümüşhane and westwards.
The new calculator is opting for fewer sources, which is why the "Italian", "Japanese" etc disappeared.
"Georgian" captures some Anatolian Neolithic from "Greek", which lacked in the "West Asian", whereas the "Central Asian" captured some of the excess BMAC/Zagros Neolithic from "West Asiaan" which the "Georgian" didn't have room for.
My lineage lived entirely in Gümüşhane. What do you think will be in my DNA?
This is difficult without a Test.
50% Turkish 50% Georgien?
You are right when we saw in vahaduo georgian or hemsini but not in this result.
@@muronormalo
I agree, the new and old MyHeritage estimators are seriously flawed and misleading.
But the result is logical if you don't take the labels literally, and view the references as possible proxies for other type of ancestries.
In this case, Georgian+Greek+Central Asian equals Black Sea Turks(Trabzon excluded).
I think MyHeritage are overreaching by trying to give the customers a very specific and yet accurate result, but this is not always going to work out.
@@erau5525
It depends. Does your family claim descent from Çepni tribe, or have nomadic ancestry?
If not, then you're likely of mainly Pontic Greek ancestry.
Pontic Greeks are of mainly Colchian descent. In other words, Laz, Kartvelians, Georgians.

Impressive , thanks for video
Old vs. New Ergebnisse gesehen. LG

I don’t have the V2 results yet. Hope I’ll get them within the next couple of days. Why is it that not everyone has them yet?
when did you take the test?
@umutd1999 yes, apperantly they have made their database even worse and since they dont find parts of your dna ''reliable'' enough they just ignore it completely, very stupid of them to just pretend it isnt there. Even if you have a good chunk of it in you, it will most likely decline in % with the update.

dogu karadenizli turklerin kartvellerle alakasiz olma ihtimali yok.
