quick history lesson about the invention of words.. they were created among a culture, this is for true for any word. creation is a invention, the word you are referring to is created by Caucasians. A/C is created by African Americans, primarily Frederick Jones, an African-American, who invented the first portable air conditioning unit. Telling people they cant say a word they invented or created is like telling a African American they cant use the A/C which they created and invented...
both have evolved over time to mean the same yet different meanings within a given context.. put it like this, its not the gun that kills people yet person who pulls the trigger.
bad people say bad things and do bad stuff. good people say good things and do good stuff. its that simple at the end of the day. A word its self doesn't make one inherently ba, its how being used in a situation... like the word bitch... they is playful joking way about the word then they are fighting words in most situations.

As a Hispanic person who’s also endured racism and prejudice, there is no other word or slur that is embedded in any other culture besides the streets that can also be used as an endearing term like the word nigga. It’s funny cuz it’s offensive to people because of its racist roots..but some of the most racist people I’ve ever met were black and brown that slang the word honky, cracker, kike, wetback, and shit like beaner around like nothing. If you’ve ever used any of those words as a person of color and this offends you, you’re a hypocrite. Also, if you can’t read a persons energy and understand if they mean it with malice, your simple ass probably gets mad at anything.
