Thanks! I was amazed at the process. He let me get some time in blasting. That job is hard in 95 degree weather.

Did he use glass bead on the exterior body panels? I hope they did not warp. We blasted a 69 Dodge Dart years back and it made the panels wave like crazy. It was a shame because it was a rust free car before hand. Was really hard to make it looks straight afterwards. Tended to look like it was full of filler.

Oh no! That was unfortunate. We did blast the quarters at a reduced pressure. It came out good. If I could turn back time I would have probably saved more money and had the car dipped. What did you guys do with the dart?

@@Jayjam209 It was my buddies car back in the late 70's early 80's. It was a really nice new looking interior double bump hood 340 4spd car with factory rally wheels. The exterior was white and body was completely rust free but you could see evidence of being blasted. He eventually sold the car. He once loaned it to me to take a girl on a date since I worked on it so much for him.

@@davebrittain9216 That sounds like it was a beautiful far either way. One of my car wish list is a 69 charger with 440 pack. I almost got one over my mustang.

@@Jayjam209 I am predominately a Ford guy but I like anything that is cool and the 68-9 charger is cool. I almost bought a 71 440 six pack road runner from the brother of the guy with the Dart. It was mint as well and back then was only 3000 bucks.

@@davebrittain9216 I hear ya man. You just never know what car you should get or keep for 30 years from now. I love me some Ford, but im a general car guy. I love most muscle cars from 64-72. We can include a 1984 Buick Grand National in there, lol.
