    Can any devotees of the Ashram please compile all the talks of Swami Sarvapriyanandaji and publish it in volumes of books? The published articles must contain his talks exactly as he talks, with the quotations he uses, the jokes and the stories he narrates. It would help hundreds of people.

    The wonderful universal understanding also stated by St Francis of Assisi as : “What we are looking for is what is looking.” I wonder if St Francis might have studied Adi Shankaracharya. ? :) Exactly this is moksha - is freedom. @ 36:13 Thank you very much for this.

    Hi
    wonderful lecture,
    wonderful explanation about drishya and drishta...
    i myself was wandering about and looking for the clue, hint or the answer to inward, backward method towards drishta but i could not go beyond eyes and Indriya...
    but this guy explained it so well and took it backward from easy to unknown so simply... from drishya to drishta (eyes) the Drishya (eyes) to Drishta (mind)....
    but he again stops...without clarifying the method....
    This swami is very clever...
    he delivers or explain only one thing at a time...
    This guy has good knowledge or must say might be self experience but its too early for me to say....
    i am looking forward to understand "How to look back to yourself"....
    Those who have not read pls read life of RK in "Ram-Krishna-Charitramayi" or something like that.....
    after reading it, u will have great respect for unknown Guru RK of world known great disciple Vivekananda..

      Would you be able to translate his talks into written Hindi? If you would take the time to do that then subtitles could be put in place that are accurate. I know how frustrating it is! I have tried to watch videos that are by other swamis that are in Hindi and there are no translations for it. I feel so fortunate to finally find a teacher like Swamiji that can make ideas so very clear and accessible in English. I wish I had the ability to understand Hindi but I no long longer feel deprived of what my soul was searching for.

    When Christianity would understand a little bit of these ideas said in this talk it could really "live" the love it is constantly talking about. I like the modest and friendly manner of this world picture describe here. Still however I think, that a very very limited number (if any) man will be able to rest in that real free god-identified ego and be able to ignore pain and suffering. But let us discuss.

      after hearing sarvapriyananda if one again feel superiority and comparison hinduism over Christianity or any other then he is wasting his time and path to truth. his god is ego to show bigger ego only.

      Dear jjk
      You've completely misunderstood Mr. Rajib Pradhan. Visit him again, you will realise that he is just talking about not to compare one religion over the other, with respect to the Absolute Reality, because all religious beliefs aspire to achieve the same thing.

    Goal of this talk is to understand this two thing
    1. The divinity of human being (we are divine)
    2. Unity of all existence
    (We are all one)
    #Proof1
    Step1:
    • Seer(drstha) and seen(drisya) is different.
    • seer is one but seen is many.
    • seer is unchanging and seen is changing.
    Step 2: eyes becomes the seen and mind becomes the seer
    (Note: Mind is different from body)
    Step 3: whatever is happening to my mind 'i' know it. Therefore, that 'i' is seer and mind is seen. Therefore, we are not the mind also. 23:56
    Note: Don't identify yourself with mind. We are the witness of mind (if you are feeling sad or peaceful, you aren't peaceful or sad, the mind is peaceful or sad; you are just the witness of it.)
    Step 4: So what is seer? Can we see seer?
    Answer is no. It is you yourself.
    Hence, we are divine.
    #Proof2:
    36:59

    How hard is it to keep the subject centered in the camera? Between the camera work and constant banners scrolling across the screen this is very annoying. This is about the lecturer and the lecture, not camera work and advertising. Sheesh.

    why pulling towards the pool of words and logics?
    why can"t you take vivekananda as simple as ramakrishna paramhamsa.
    Sarvapriyananda you are just knowledge and creating mountains of knowledge between god and seekers.

    • @2Hot2
      @2Hot2 8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      +Rajib Pradhan You're being totally unfair. If you listen carefully to what he says and follow the argument you can transcend the ego and the phenomenal world and become a pure sakshi, what could possibly be more practical and helpful than that? If you watch the Yale and Oxford lectures on Western philosphers, it's all nonsense but interesting from the historical perspective, whereas everything this lecturer says is obviously true and immediately applicable to your own life.

    • @TiktokRoy9
      @TiktokRoy9 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +WadiFok Everything Swami ji told about drishyam , drashta are beautifully told and I never said bad or false.
      But equally good enough to stand as distance between the the true nature of drishyam and layers of superimposing drashtas. The supreme Drashta is not in words just like eyes cannot see eye.
      Its not that swamiji was uttering some great poem and we as a result comparing some other speeches then telling which one is nonsense or great.
      Of course words or talks needed to explain but too much words and books over books about drashta is only creates distance from the truth. drop all knowledge and go to silence . fraction of whole silence gives the knowledge without knowledge about the true drashta. rest of the things happens naturally.

    • @indbap1
      @indbap1 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Rajib Pradhan if you got the truth then become silence why so much argument?if you really find the path then attain the truth.No necessity of explaining so much about your knowledge it clearly shows you just want to reflect yourself as much wiser than the lecturer.Do not waste time if you are on the path of truth then attain truth rather than wasting time in your lecturebazi.
