The Directing this episode was SO good, even for Arrow. Cant believe this is a Cw show, its wild. Also that Barry cameo was so great haha
Matthew Nash I think so too I binged watched it a while back and loved it
Exactly
Whoever the cameraman for that Arrow documentary is deserves a goddamn raise
Red Lantern Reviews That camera man is a goddamn legend he deserves every reward “Anything for the shot”
People would no doubt be looking for his name in the credits. I'd hire him.
r/praisethecameraman
you all prolly dont care but does someone know a trick to log back into an Instagram account?
I was stupid lost the account password. I appreciate any tips you can offer me!
@Chandler Mohamed instablaster =)
I couldn’t help but laugh when Barry made a cameo.
Barry: Oliver’s not going to see this right?
The cameraman deserves a huge raise.
He was willing to get himself killed if it meant getting those sweet action shots.
Like every cameraman ever.
9:13 Barry is so bad at lying that I’m surprised he didn’t tell them that he was the Flash.
Gotta run.
I mean don't you remember season 4 drunk Barry😂
Jespy I’m the flash 🤤🥃🥃🥃🥃🥃🍺
Best thing about this episode was that I didn‘t know it was Arrows 150th and it took me really by surprise how good it was
I was the same I almost turned the episode off cause I was so confused. I'm glad I avoid the next episode segments now
Same!!
As soon as the logo came up, I thought the wrong video had been uploaded to the website I stream it from. Then Paul Blackthorne came up, and I assumed the uploader had lazily thought "Paul Blackthorne's in it, it must be the next _Arrow_ episode", and then he started talking about vigilantism and my interest was peaked.
“Does it normally open like this?” 😂
Yeah... me too have same reaction.....
The production value for this episode was next level
damn near marvels netflix shows quality!
I sure this show can compete with daredevil if there are no filler episodes. Only 13 like netflix marvel
That documentary camera man needs a freakin medal, for his great work, and bravery.
Oliver: "Chimera?"
Curtis: "Yeah. Chimera. We gotta call him something, I thought 'Chimera' sounded cool."
*Jim looks at the camera*
This is one of my favorite arrowverse episodes ever
Great to see Paul Blackthorne again. And seeing Diggle do the Jim Halpert face
why did i genuinely smile hella stupid when barry popped up
He’s so awkward and such a bad liar. You can’t help but laugh
Foreign Nyo Same! His awkwardness at lying (badly) was hilarious 😆
Foreign Nyo Same! His awkwardness at lying (badly) was hilarious 😆
Cause He’s the fucking goat!
The “interviews” reminded me so much of the beginning of the first Incredibles😂👌
Alex Gaming, now that you said that it actually does remind me of it
Can I just say, this was one of the best episodes of Arrow that has ever been made. This show has targeted some of its key weaknesses from past episodes, and it's given us Team Arrow again, as well as adding just a little bit into the future timeline with the possible introduction of Connor Hawke as the next Green Arrow. Not to mention, it finally gave us a glimpse into some of the characters that have since gone away. Hope they run with this and do good with it, really excited for what's to come
I was really pleased with how they expanded the mythos of the series regarding the vigilantes. While Oliver and his team are the main focus of the story, they're not the only ones . It's good to have confirmation that the likes of Ragman and The Huntress are still out there. I mean, i know there've been other vigilantes before, even now we have Emiko and The Vigilante before her doing their own thing, but it never really ocurred to me that those instances were not isolated cases. It makes perfect sense that there are more masks taking the streets all across the city that we never knew about. Now that we've introduced the idea, who knows who might show up next? How many more are there?
What are the weaknesses of past episodes?
When this episode started "Me Uhh did they go on break?...Ohhh Awesome!!!" (Dun Dun Dun Aaron)🎯
Arrow's anniversary specials are way better than the flash's.
Hell yeah
Seriously. Flashs 100th was ass
The flash one was much more of a nostalgia feel than a celebration it's always been like that all about legacy
I liked this episode way better than Arrow's 100th episode too.
I still prefer flashes
Pretty good episode imo , one of the best of the season imo. I thought the documentary/ mockumentary segments were well done , the cameos by Barry ,Sin ,Roy ,Ragman ,Thea ,Sara and Quentin ( which got me the most) were nice . The William stuff was fine too , I actually thought he had valid reasons to be angry , I do wonder why he got expelled .
I didn’t care for Chimera but the main plot was still enjoyable , I’m interested to see how Team Arrow being deputized will work in the future ( will Team Arrow be fully back or is Renee still gonna work with Emiko aswell as Diggle and Curtis at Argus ).
Also ,Connor Hawke is still around in the future , doesn’t seem like he’s Green Arrow though I wonder why he isn’t going by John Diggle Jr in this timeline ?.. also Blackstar’s real name is Mia ....Mia Dearden perhaps ?
We don't 100% know if that legends episode is canon, but if it is it takes place in 2046.
The current year in the flashforwards is 2040.
So their is plenty of time for him to become a vigilante.
Pretty sure this is the path to Connor becoming a Green Arrow. In the Legends episode, old Oliver implied Felicity was no longer around (which I took at that time to mean she'd left him and cut all ties with the city). Her tech was still around, and this blonde gal (Blackstar?) is saying the vigilantes got what they deserved, which could imply Oliver's future injury, and by extention, his isolated hermit life. Not saying the episode is set in stone (especially with the suggestion that Oliver won't make it through next season's crossover), but it seems like they're suggesting it.
He hasn't taken back the John Diggle Jr name yet which is why he's still Connor Hawke.
Is the guy playing connor in arrow the same actor that played Connor in legends of tomorrow? I couldnt get a good look at his face
williams behavior was wrong though. thats no way to talk to an adult. i think he got expelled for beating a bully for his gay issues
I have been waiting to see Eric and Aaron's reaction to this episode since I watched it last night 😊
Arrow is doing great this season for really solid story line ,action ,cast. Can't wait for season 8 and hopefully more.
I had no clue it was the 150th so I was taken completely by surprise and so happy I was!
That shot at the end of the documentary, than pan from Oliver to Blackstar. I feel they were trying to clue is into the fact that they have the same green eyes. Blond hair, Oliver's eyes, wouldn't be surprised if it turns out to be Oliver and Felicity's daughter.
At first I thought people were jumping to conclusion. I have to agree now though. I feel in the end being a vigilante and sacrificing so much in the end cost them a lot. Thus why black star girl seems to be against vigilantes.
i say roy+thea daughter. coz mia was speedy in the comics
I’d love that and part of me still wants it to be true. But why doesn’t she know William? Why refer to Oliver by first name?
I do think it could still be possible. After all, the first half of these flash forwards were really drilling down the whole ‘felicity went dark’ but seemed to quickly change its tone after the winter break so they could still do the same with Maya and her character. It wouldn’t surprise me if they were just really waiting out this revaluation as long as they could.
Adam Hunt was in the first episode. He was the first person on the list The Hood went after.
Rene: “I’ll be in the next room...”
William: 😏
Rene: “Cleaning my gun”
William: 😳
This is the most fun I've had with this show in a very long time. Loved this episode.
Love them getting Kelsey Grammer to be the narrator for the documentary. One of my favorite actors.
This episode was amazing!!
There were scenes we never saw before from older episodes.
@@Echoingdolphin
The Thea scene was probably when she was Oliver's assistant when he was Mayor.
The Roy thing was probably right after he was arrested for claiming he was the green arrow.
@@Echoingdolphin I'm not talking about the interviews. I'm talking about the club scene and some other ones.
I Am Prometheus yuppppppp
The interviews we're recently shot and some older ones.
One of my favorite episodes tbh. Also I forgot about Connor! Wasn't he an Arrow in the episode of Legends? Old Oliver came and saved him from Cade I think
This is probably one of my favorite episodes of Arrow ever! It was so good.
Loved having the team arrow back together.
Movies-video games collector Batman fan 2017 same
All I could think when I started this video was " Damn...... Eric looks gooooood!" Keep up the great shit my dudes!
must be beebo methinks
not sure if u guys missed it or not but the girl and connor in the future scene said that the documentary was scrapped and basically deleted minus the one copy
banned*
Yeah this was amazing, I can’t believe that camera work🔥🔥🔥🔥
Diggles reaction to his old interview killed me. He's seriously underrated
"You can have the living room. I'll be in the next room, cleaning my gun."-I died laughing. This is the thing all Southern fathers do when a boy comes to spend time with their baby girls. There is no direct threat, but a subliminal message is sent.
I love when Eric and Aaron are so into a show they forget to take notes lol
EDIT: I was waiting for their reaction to the one shot and the cameraman’s awesome work 😀
IMO i think William is angry about everything that's happened to him since he found out Oliver was his father, which includes being sent to boarding school. Awesome episode!
@@Operation_Bagel That was my second choice. I guess we'll find out in the next few episodes.
@@Operation_Bagel I don't think the writers of Arrow and Flash check with each other unless the stories are connected. It could just be a coincidence.
@@cherryrosemararac5893 coincidence my ass,it's the CW,it was clearly on purpose.
TheBagelragel oh boy
Quentin Lance was a nice return
I suppose Paul has moved on, but I'd really like to see him back, even if they have to bring him back as the villainous Lance rising in the ranks of Fascist Earth X.
@Brandon Collins Earth X Lance? If he did, I'd forgotten. Would that be during the escape with Ray?
Vigilante are vigilantes unless they have superpowers, then their superheroes. It’s the rules of hero comics. 😂
What a fun little episode. I like how a few questions were answered here like where was Ragman and what were they gonna do with William. The Barry cameo was hilarious. How’d they track down Sarah for that interview?!
We saw Connor once like 3 years ago. How the tell did Eric know it was him by looking at him for a second while he’s in dim lighting. Man has eyes of an eagle and the memory of an elephant
At 11:40 why do I feel like I am only one that noticed that the dude at the top of the escalator trying to walk down it when it was clearly going up. Lmao
I love these reactions 🔥🔥🔥🔥
The way the cameraman would follow them around reminded me of the boys
I kinda wish they brought Ragman back or atleast the actor who plays as Ragman but not being Ragman but just have his presence around IF THAT MAKES SENSE. I just think he deserved better
They did bring the actor back. In the documentary
The way it linked with the flash forward is fucking amazing.
Yessss I was curious to see y'all reaction to this particular episode lol
THe end of the episode made it feel like the flashforward stuff became the present while closing off the present time we use to know
The camera man needs his own show in the arrowverse
I haven't seen Connor Hawke since Legends of Tommorrow Season 1 episode 6 and really good to the actor/character again it's been a while
This is without a Doubt The BEST Season of ARROW!
That camera man deserves a raise lol. I love that they showcased a bit of Ragman I miss him
I was waiting all day for this reaction. Off to watch now.
James Earl Jones, James Spader, Benedict Cumberbatch or Jeremy Irons as documentary narrators ! :D
Love their strong charismatic deep voice ! ^^
Also, one of the best episodes of the entire show ! Excellent work on cinematography, amazing cameos, great production value overall !
That Revenge of the Sith trailer is FUCKIN LEGENDARY, Eric!
After this episode I see the future scenes story being the legacy of green arrow being passed to Connor
Who's been waiting all day for this reaction like me 😁
This Was One Of The Greatest Episode Of This Season! Everything About Was Just So Awsome!
Was it just me or was I the only who couldn't stop looking at Aaron hair
Oh that thumbnail was great.
This episode had the opportunity to introduce Onomatopoeia. Either way, the episode was amazing.
Great episode, one of the best this season
This episode was interesting but in a good way it gave us a unique idea and execution for an episode it also let us have a few characters we haven't seen in a long time like Sin and Ragman
And seeing Quinten again was incredibly sad as hell rip Quinten Lance
I'm telling you guys. This was filmed since season 1. It has to
This was one of my favorite episodes of Arrow in a very long time. Is the actress that plays Cindy in arrow also NTW in deadpool? Plus is this the episode that grant gustin filmed when the weather witch episode premiered?
Connor is Ben turners son who later gets adopted by lyla and diggle in the future
eric: ultra's gonna edit out the poll finding.
ultra: no i'm not. btw kelsey grammer narrated this episode
This just proves why arrow is the best
"Walter" is busy playing Zod on Krypton.
No matter what you think of the flash forwards, they're going to be sticking around. When they first revealed it, the showrunner Beth Schwartz said that it's going to be a permanent thing until the series ends.
What a fucking awesome epsiode this is why arrow is number 1 right now.
I love the intro
ready?
no!
yup...time to watch some arrow
I can't believe this is coming out of my mouth but flash writers should take notes from arrow writers
Imo Arrows highs are way higher than flash. That being said, it’s lows are waaaaaaay lower than flash’s
Every now n then, they remind us that ARROW is the “original show” and FLASH is the “spinoff”- I live for those moments! 🤗
That bad guy also played Godspeed in flash 6x1
Arrow u have saved this Universe (this season between the other shows)
Aaron your hair looks like ben lockwood
150 episodes? ah, no wonder this episode looks pretty lit with so many old characters cameo...
Love that Beebo shirt.
Maybe we will not see big bad until the very last episodes and we see his face in finale and then we strat that villan arc in s8 that would be perfect cliffhanger
One of the best episodes
2:11 I just had one of this Stannis moments... .before realizing it was a non-rule x)
Hey I have a theory: what if Oliver dies in the crisis and a version of green arrow from another earth comes just like in the injustice comics
😂😂😂😂 that would be so fucked!! Hahaha
Nah they already did same thing with laurel
@@FESSDUP oh yeah.. I guess you are right
Walter is on the show Krypton as a general zod.
Can someone explain to me how the flash forwards make sense when used in arrow..it’s not like the flash where they’re able to time travel like Barry or look at the timeline and see if things have changed..how is team arrow going to find out their city is in serious danger for the future??
Cameraman the MVP!
Anybody knows the song title which starts after end of Quentin interview (at 5:45) ?
So early it didn’t even pop up on their video list lolol
The season is already half over. Do we even have a main antagonist yet?
I just realized. Rene has nothing to worry about. Unless the future has changed
Didn’t future William tell Dinah that Oliver and Felicity never brought him back? She also didn’t see him in a long time but his present self is back in Star City 🤔
WOW!!! That's how you do your 150th episode!! I loved this episode. It was awesome seeing returning cast members!
I love that they shot this episode like a documentary! Gotta give it up to Beth, the producers, editors, & actors/actresses!!
Arrow S7 is killing it so far!!! Just one question to ask. Since it was revealed that Black Star is Mia. Who do you think her parents are? I see a lot of Olicity shippers (ughh) saying it's their daughter, but they forget that Felicity isn't naturally blonde... Which leads me to believe that somewhere down the line Oliver gets w/ Laurel & that's their kid! (I HOPE). or Mia can just have random parents lol but Oliver & Laurel end game sounds so much better!!
You forget that Felicity's mother is a natural blond...
So when Barry and his team protect Central City they’re considered heroes but when Oliver & his team do it in Star City they’re considered criminals? I call bullshit on that.
Star City throughout the series is repeatedly shown to be a city set on self-destructive actions (not unlike Gotham). Lining up against the vigilantes is just another form of this. Central City is more in line with the mindthink of places like Metropolis and National City.
@@donaldwatson7698 Plus there's that eternal bias against non powered heroes.
tykross “vigilantes” are anybody who isn’t a police officer,
(superpowered heroes included)
but what are you going to do to the flash or Supergirl for example?
Arrest them??
AWESOME EPISODE 😍🏹
Really awesome episode! I agree abou the FF's
Stanley is back next week!!!
I kind of felt like the ending gave a hint as to this documentary and then be deputized as maybe leading to what happens in the future. I feel like we get a little hint here there that we will lead that way.
"digging up them hol-"
I'm really intrigued for how William's little coming-out story will happen. There's not enough of these things - particularly teens coming to terms with their sexuality - in mainstream media, so it'll be nice to see it in such a popular show!
