Guys don't do any of that its pretty simple to fix this issue you have corrupt system file that's the problem just type in the settings Reset and click reset this pc don't worry you won't reset your pc actually it will take you to a page you will find on top option says "Fix problems using windows update (your apps,settings,files) click Reinstall now after you do that go to windows update you should find an update by the name windows 11 update (Repair version) it should be repair version!! If it didn't shows up restart your pc and try again once the update complete click restart and this will fix your system corrupted files
I had the same problem. It's not actually getting stuck in a loop. It will eventually give up and revert the attempted changes. I wish I'd seen this earlier. I would have tried it. But, I got mine working using DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth. It took a couple hours. But, it seems to have fixed the issue. What you're doing here is the same as the old "Load last known good" in Windows XP. That was pretty reliable.
What if when you select the restore points one by one and after running the restore it said couldn't be completed or something and now i don't know what to do
You need to force the computer to shutdown by holding the power button down for 8 seconds and power it again up, repeat this power off and on 3 times, on the third time, the pc will automatically start in safemode. I was also pressing f8 during ever power up juat in case that may help.
