I am setting up a matrix that needs the same conditional formatting across many columns with different conditions. Is there a way to do this broadly? Or do I have to set up a different rule for each column for each condition?

I'd recommending duplicating and adjusting each one accordingly from the 'template'

Can we save all these rules and copy them to another sheet? I have many sheets that are laid out the same with different data sets that need the same conditional formatting rules applied.

You could make a copy of the sheet and rename/rework that copy. That would retain all of the conditional formatting by default.

How about duplicates only. If I've got 300 numbers and need to know if I'm entering the same info again how do I have that automatically highlight.

Is it possible to setup formatting so that a row can automatically become a "child" row if it meets certain criteria?

Hello Hannah. I don't believe this is currently possible. Although (as a workaround), you could set up formatting to certain rows if criteria is met. Sorry if that's too obvious!

I believe you can do this with "indent"

      Hello Berton,
I would set up a new "system column" on your sheet for "date modified". I would then filter this "Date Modified" column on latest first. Hope that helps!

@@ProperProjectManagement No, set up a report - it's way easier. Add the sheet you want to pull the report on with all the columns you need, then hit sort and go to town.

Hi Willie. Sorry about that; I just get a bit enthusiastic. Will take this feedback on board. Could you put playback speed to 0.75/0.5?
