I just reverted today, I feel so happy. Though wearing a hijab and fasting during Ramadan is sort of hard for me given the fact that I'm living with my family who are all Hindus, I'm going to start doing so eventually once I get the chance to. I know that Allah swt will make it easier for me. I'll also be sure to make up for all the fasts I've missed Inshallah. I'm going to make Duas every chance I get. This is the best day of my life Alhamdulillah

I recently reverted and I totally relate to the lonely Ramadan. People told me they’d invite me along for their plans, especially for Eid. And then the people who said they would invite me never contacted me and I felt weird inviting myself. So I just didn’t do anything with anyone. I cried a lot. Especially when I saw Facebook and Snapchat posts of everyone celebrating together after saying they would make a place for me.

matter has 3 states solid, liquid and gas. They are interchangeable through physical and chemical change. However, God who is greater than matter is fully Father, fully son and fully Holyspirit all at the same time. Each part of God works in the God head creation process to function different aspects of his creation like i explained. You cant put God in a your own box and limit him to being all powerful but then suggest he can't do that.
Okay, so then you want to know why God who is immoral can die, how has the nature of God changed🤔 Jesus only died a physical death and that is because he is the sacrafical lamb who takes away the sins of the world, it is the purpose of Jesus on Earth as written in Isaiah 53. Being a human is not sin so while it reduced God who is Jesus in flesh on Earth, it did not change his God nature of holiness. However, he conquered death and sin and rose again because he could not be condemned with the wicked, so again death was destroyed by Jesus who is life, proving God is greater than death that takes out everyone at some point. Jesus took on human nature and was killed not by sickness or old age only through murder. God chose to lay down his life and in the moments leading up to his death it tormented him because of the pain and fear of death because God had never died and he knew he would die and experience physical death. To say God died without acknowleding he rose again is false, he did not just die but he conquered the grave and only God could do that. When Adam and Eve sinned they died a spiritual and a physical death Jesus destroyed both to bring man back into the perfect will of God, holiness.
Jesus chose to lay down his life so you cant say its unfair either because it was Gods will and Love for mankind.
Also Gods word he put above himself and he declared that without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sins. God has to obey his word and he did that by sending Jesus, how else would the curse of the law of sin and death be destroyed? Since God has called every one a sinner by nature and under the law how else would he bring man into holiness not by practice but by nature and practice? I would recommend you read the bible and listen to Born again teachers because it will take a long time breaking down everything. Dont be mis informed, christian do not believe in 3 Gods the same way we do not say the arm is a different human to the head of the same man. When we say God is 3 persons in 1 it basically means functions 3 different purpose as 1 but its probably not the best language or way of explaining.

I’m currently thinking to revert, and it became such a strong conviction in me after about a week of researching. I would’ve but there’s still that thing in my mind going…”what would people say…” especially having grown up in a bubble of Christianity. So I posted a video on my channel to get people to speak to me, and to have conversations about it for more clarity, and you can guess the majority (the only lol) faith that’s speaking to me atm. I’d really appreciate having a conversation with someone who’s Muslim and knowledgeable to help.

I told myself I won't tell any of them if I convert, but I'm gonna wear d hijab so they'd know 😅. All this I keep contemplating, until I felt a spirit move me and say "Just do it for you and Allah" and I did it . Not ready for the criticism but I'll face it 😢

I'm a revert also. I was already 85%+ Muslim by Islamic standards before choosing. Majority of my beliefs and code of conduct aligned with Islam by the way my Mom raised me. I chose Islam through a series of dreams I've had for a very long time. Too much to type here to explain but I know Allah chose me directly. Long explanations. I'm happy now and I'm back to where I was before my Mother passed away and rising to higher levels again. I was BLESSED with the name "Saifullah" and even my friends from my Life before Islam say, "That fits you perfectly." 😂. I've been a lone wolf since I could remember so to celebrate Ramadan and Eid alone is not a problem. I've fasted plenty of times long before Islam so it's not an issue. I am happy for those with Families during these times even though I'm missing out on the group celebrations and aspects. I know my future children, after I find a Muslim Wife, will be able to experience it. That gives me joy and content. I chose Islam for the bigger picture and my future generations as I will be the last one left in my Family after my Grandparents pass on. 🙏🏽 🤲🏽
The only "trouble" I have with finding a Muslim Wife as a revert is the discrimination of being of a very different cultural background. It's a weird topic but it is what it is. I
Can't change people's minds, opinions or judgments. Only Allah can do that.
    Trust in Allah... 🙏🏽 🤲🏽 💪🏽

I can't even begin to describe to you how helpful you have been to me. I was born a muslim to a revert parent but I have had to find Islam in my own way for many different reasons. The final straw of turning to Islam for me was ending a very abusive, haram relationship with a muslim guy. He basically lied to me about the sex part of islam, knowing I was still learning, uninformed, and innocent, so that he could slowly get me into a vulnerable situation without me even noticing what was happening (yes I was that naive). In the end something very traumatising ended up happening. Even though he used his fake version of islam to manipulate me and hurt me, it actually started a chain of events and fire in me to learn more about true Islam alhamdulillah. I found your content literally a month after that all happened and its been so good for me to see a woman speak about islam and represent female muslims in such a positive light. You have been such a safe feeling place for me to heal my relationship with islam. I have been working on my modesty recently, and it is a big goal of mine to wear hijab this year. thank you for being you!

      @KishamaMeridian  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

First of all I’m so so sorry this happened to you! I can’t even begin to imagine how difficult this has been for you and how hurt you would have felt and probably still feel! May Allah grant you ease ❤️ some people are so horrible, it’s so disgusting and sad to the extent people will go to just to get what they want- including going against their religion & also lying and manipulating someone! Secondly I’m so proud of you for learning more about Islam and taking that step despite going through a lot at a young age! May Allah SWT reward you for your efforts! And lastly may Allah SWT make your journey with hijab easy! I’m so proud of you beautiful, you’re so strong ❤️

Then it went to Islam.. But i felt illegal 😂 so I did go to a mosque.. After trying a few times but lacking the courage.. One day I did enter... And 2 or 3 kinths late ri said my shahada and wasn't feeling illegal anymore.. All in all it took me 2 years from starting to learn till saying my shahada...
It has been soon 10 years... Since my friends from the mosque all married and moved places and spend time with their family and children.. The past few years I feel every lonely.. There are many Muslims in the city I'm at but... They are all bborn Muslims with big families and.. They just don't care about me..

To take the Shahada, you simply need to recite the following words with sincerity and belief:
"Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah, wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadur rasul Allah."
      In english it means:
"I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His Messenger.
      Here's how to do it:
      1. Find a Quiet Space:Choose a calm place where you can focus.
      2. Intention:Make the intention in your heart that you are sincerely declaring your faith to become Muslim.
      3. Recite the Shahada: Say the Shahada out loud, understanding its meaning and significance.
      4. Witnesses (Optional):It’s encouraged, though not required, to say it in front of two Muslim witnesses or at a mosque.
After taking the Shahada, you are considered a Muslim and can begin practicing the faith.

The importance of studying Quran with a proper teacher: Once there was an Imam in the Mosque leading the prayer, reciting the Quran loudly and beautifully. At the back,in the ladies section, a lady kept reprimanding her small son by saying, "If you don't stop misbehaving, I am going to TEAR you like how this Imam is tearing the Quran!" Then she repeated the same reprimand to her son for a second time. After the prayer was over, the Imam approached the lady and asked her what she meant by her reprimand insisting that he was reading Quran as best he could. She replied, "You call that reciting?!".
The Imam asked her as to how she would read the Quran. She went to a place outside in the courtyard where there was a natural flowing fountain of water nearby and began reciting the Quran. As soon as she began, the fountain immediately ceased, and the imam was taken aback, awestruck. He pleaded with the lady to please teach him how to recite the Quran in such a powerful way that it affected nature. She refused the imam saying that her husband would not approve but referred the imam to her illustrious teacher.
The imam left and travelled for a long while until he found the teacher and began studying under him. After studying with the teacher he returned back home. On his way, he needed to relieve himself so it was a time when there was no toilet paper and people used sand. So he grabbed a lump of soil and said Bismillah and the soil turned into gold. So he did the same again and the soil turned into gold again. He repeated this and the soil kept turning into gold until the teacher appeared before him in a vision and said to him Do not say Bismillah or the sand will keep turning into gold. Just use it as is.

I want to learn about Islam but where do I start?

    • @muslim-g1x
      @muslim-g1x 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

6 Main belief of Muslims: Belief in the Oneness of God: Muslims believe that God is the creator of all things, and that God is all-powerful and all-knowing. God has no offspring, no race, no gender, no body, and is unaffected by the characteristics of human life.
Belief in the Angels of God: Muslims believe in angels, unseen beings who worship God and carry out God’s orders throughout the universe. The angel Gabriel brought the divine revelation to the prophets.
Belief in the Books of God: Muslims believe that God revealed holy books or scriptures to a number of God’s messengers. These include the Quran (given to Muhammad), the Torah (given to Moses), the Gospel (given to Jesus), the Psalms (given to David), and the Scrolls (given to Abraham). Muslims believe that these earlier scriptures in their original form were divinely revealed, but that only the Quran remains as it was first revealed to the prophet Muhammad.
Belief in the Prophets or Messengers of God: Muslims believe that God’s guidance has been revealed to humankind through specially appointed messengers, or prophets, throughout history, beginning with the first man, Adam, who is considered the first prophet. Twenty-five of these prophets are mentioned by name in the Quran, including Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. Muslims believe that Muhammad is the last in this line of prophets, sent for all humankind with the message of Islam.
Belief in the Day of Judgment: Muslims believe that on the Day of Judgment, humans will be judged for their actions in this life; those who followed God’s guidance will be rewarded with paradise; those who rejected God’s guidance will be punished with hell.
Belief in the Divine Decree: This article of faith addresses the question of God’s will. It can be expressed as the belief that everything is governed by divine decree, namely that whatever happens in one’s life is preordained, and that believers should respond to the good or bad that befalls them with thankfulness or patience. This concept does not negate the concept of “free will;” since humans do not have prior knowledge of God’s decree, they do have freedom of choice.

      Hey Sharon!
I'd recommend getting in touch with your local mosque- they'll put you in contact with folks who can directly answer any of your questions. I can assure you that they will be gracious and welcoming :) You can also look out for when the next Mosque Open Day is, so that you can learn about Islam in a group environment. If you're feeling a little uncomfortable about chatting directly with someone at this stage, below are some well-known and trusted Muslim speakers/channels who you can learn about Islam from through TH-cam:
      - Imam Omar Suleiman (highly recommend this link in particular for some introductory information: th-cam.com/video/INIG636SnU4/w-d-xo.html )
      - Yaqeen Institute
      - Mufti Menk
      - Al-Maghrib Institute
      - Merciful Servant
I hope this helps! Good luck on your journey ❤️❤️❤️
