- In this video I show my exact mobile truck detailing setup, auto detailing supplies, and more! If I am going to have a good auto detailing setup as a professional auto detailer, then I need to know how to organize my detailing supplies! For 6 years I have operated my mobile auto detailing business out of 2 vans to start out and now a truck. The most efficent way, by far, has been my truck. Mobile detailing setups can be simplified, just like this one. This is why I prefer my truck over a van at this point in time. Follow along as I share my mobile truck detailing setup with you!

nice set up. I'm thinking of starting up this summer, I have a chevy and jealous of the ram boxes perfect for this lol
Sweet!! You should do it. Chevy truck beds have plenty of room to fit a mobile setup.
I have a 2010 avalanche with the boxes
looks good, i do interior detailing out of the trunk of my sedan as a college student but i am considering upgrading to a truck when i graduate
Sweet!! You have to start somewhere. If you have any questions or need advice feel free to ask.
That’s great. I’m working out of an SUV as a high school student.

Nice setup brother keep your eyes on the chiefsteamer on the ground lol jokes i got that same one....hopefully get the extractor handle soon for mine
I really like the extractor handle. It doesn't soak upholstery like a regular extractor
@@empirecustomsautodetailing getting one soon but expensive I'm in Canada 🇨🇦...the cheif steamer i pay arm and a leg but honestly love it
Nice Job 👍 I have a Detailing brick and mortar but thinking of getting a mobile.
Thank you I first started out with brick and mortar business did that for about a year and then switch to mobile detailing
Did you look at any other steamers before you decided on the Chief 100? I see you have the new one with the reservoir on the back. I'm looking for a good commercial steamer for home cleaning, not sure I need the a continuous fill. Thanks!
I've used VX5000, Mcculloch, and harbour freight. Chief Steamer is my favorite by far.
Nice set up man, I like that tire shine sprayer you got smart idea. Where did you get it from and what’s it called. I wanna go get one saves a lot of time
Thank you.
I got it from harbor freight: www.harborfreight.com/adjustable-detail-spray-gun-92126.html
Thanks for the feedback!
NICE SETUP is the pump a HARBOR FREIGHT DRUMMOND?
Waiting on the video with the steamer disinfecting tool in action.
Thank You! Yes it is. And the video is coming soon.
@@empirecustomsautodetailing do you have a link to the water tank ? I have a ram 1500 single cab and this exact tank would be perfect for me to start my business

Or Detail Kings low profile 60 gallon
Cool setup! Two questions. 1) I'm interested in why you prefer the Chief 100 over the VX5000, 2) What remote switches did you use? Seems like power capacity is an issue on most of these. Thanks!
The main difference is that you can fill the chief 100 with tap water while you are using it, you don’t have to shut it off and wait till it cools down.

Hey, where did you get that water tank? I’m looking for something similar for my detail business as I have a truck with the same cover! Let me know!

Can you explain how the water transfer from the pump to the pressure washer works ? Or where can I buy it ?
Harbour freight submersible pump plugs into my generator for power. Water from pump to pressure washer feeds through garden hose.
Hey man, where did you get the water tank? I cant find one that will fit under a cover like that.

Sorry for all the questions man. How do you keep the water tank from freezing in the winter times?
The truck is kept in a heated garage. We also don’t detail outside when the temp is below 35 degrees.
And it’s no problem at all answering questions.
Hey where did you get that water tank ? I'm trying to get one like that one
Hey how's it going. I got it on Amazon. amzn.to/3bfJV3S
Did you have to upgrade the springs and brakes to handle the extra weight in the bed
I haven’t had to yet but am going to in the near future.

Sure, I'll make a video about it soon.

@@empirecustomsautodetailing I want to get into detailing. I wonder if I can run a water tank like yours not been seen from the top with the bed cover. I have a 2000 Silverado. That would be nice because I park on the street.
I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Crew Cab. What is yours?

Hows the suction with the 50ft vac hose
Works great for me
Is that a crew cab with a 5.7 bed or 6 foot bed ?

Gotta spread the good news!
You worried about someone stealing your stuff out of the back? That’s my biggest fear.
Not really. If they go to all the trouble to break in and steal it they probably needed it more than me. Lol
@@empirecustomsautodetailing That's what insurance is for right? :D
@@Denvercoder I wouldn’t be too worried
