And then his conspiracy board leads to a unionization that actually gets some werewolf rights for once.
Their next game: Animal Crossing, except that just before you get your town to be perfect, you turn into just another animal villager and can only watch helplessly as a computer-controlled human moves in, messes up the design of your town, changes your catchphrase to make you insult yourself, and repeatedly shoves you into pitfalls.

The werewolf turns the light on, but instead of wearing a cleaning outfit, they're wearing a security outfit, and have a moustache. He looks down at his furry arms... "Welp...shoot," Daryl says defeated, through his new wolf muzzle...
Nope! You can do a No killing run and the game tracks that sticker, so you can then focus on getting the fastest time stars. It’s quite relieving to see so that you aren’t super pressured.

I'm pretty sure the MC here simply loses control of his instincts when people see him and panic. Maybe he can smell their fear, and it drives him into a frenzy. You, as the player, have no control over his kills, after all. He is still consciously getting rid of the evidence and covering it all up, though.
The intro loading tip (The Were-Manual) mentions that if he's spotted he loses control of his instincts and kills people. The only time you HAVE to kill someone is if they discover a body. Also no werewolf can control their form. At least classic original werewolves, like in the game.

I think to sum it up, according to what I've observed and what has been said, this is what is happening: The business was one built on a fad, like Beanie Babies. The CEO gets a devilish idea, hoping he can get Kyle to solve his 'staffing problems' for him. Also, he can squeeze a few more dollars out of his employees in the meantime. However, things do not go quite to plan for the CEO, as the staff begin to revolt due to sleep deprivation. It comes to a head when a forklift driver ends up falling asleep behind the wheel, and causes an accident. In revenge, a staff member summons a demon to kill the CEO. Unfortunately, whether or not Kyle is innocent, he gets blamed by Daryl for the killings the demon commits, because the demon is possibly invisible.
Ohhhhh. So that’s why the Demon part happened. It could’ve been the CEO trying to get protection but got rejected, or something. Maybe workers trying to get outside help to take down the CEO, since the men’s bathroom had the mess labeled: The Rebellion’s Last Stand. Which to me means that the Attempted rebellion failed. Or it succeeded. We can only go off of the remains and implications, and only one body with WAY too much blood.
