- This August celebrates the centennial of one of music's greats. Leonard Bernstein graced us with his love and passion for music. His daughter, Jamie Bernstein, stops by to share some stories of growing up a Bernstein.
Tony Guida’s NY is a new talk show illuminating the colorful corners of New York, and the city’s denizens from all walks of life. Interesting, and impressive. Bernstein is fortunate to have such an articulate daughter to carry the flame forward. I only wish he had composed more songs.
While we wait for the movie, this interview is so amazing; it is like preparation for the Bradley Cooper movie. Tony always questions what we are thinking.

Does the wunderfull Genius Leonard Bernstein deserved a Daughter like this? But as he said once to her: Look you don`t have the genius line. Well it is so true. She could never sing I´m so pretty oh so pretty...... she never was and also not her selfish and vain undignified Book. Keine Anmut und Würde as a great Writer would say.
