He just needs to learn to stop getting involved with crowds, as this is his weakness. He always seems to struggle against Newcastle and the RS away from home. Also, he needs to be more commanding of his area. This was Southall's strength, as strikers feared him, but as a shot stopper it's the reason why he is the England Number 1
What's remarkable about Pickford, is that he was on a slippery slope a few years ago. Under Ancelotti, the penny dropped and he has been consistently our best, most important player for years now. All despite managers and coaches coming and going. I also love that he is under-appreciated by all the Ingerlund dopes. Really pleased he's staying and I think he will get better as he continues to mature.
