You can wear up to 6-8 hours a day then put them pack in the case with FRESH solution. Never wear at bed. It will block out all the oxygen in your eyes and can cause infections and serious damage including getting blind. hope this helped❤

Ear bud se lens kabhi nhi lagane chahiye ye hack nhi ye fact hai please kyuki Cotton fibre aakho m jake infection kar sakta h
Dip the bud in lens solution it will get wet and the fiber will not stick to the lens

Anushree has answered really well. One time lens ko ek baar hi use krna hai and if you want a longer alternative, go for one-month lens
