Actually Quang BBQ is a style of cooking meaning food cooked over wood or smoked with wood. You don't cook on a BBQ you make BBQ. If you say you are using a BBQ it is normally a grill which is not the same thing. For those who live in an apartment like me you get that smoke flavor and smell using lots of different methods. These include liquid smoke and liquid amino, a spice rub like Quang made (I would include the addition of smoked salt or paprika for flavor), or a smoke gun when the chicken comes out the oven.. Nice video and glad to see a lighter meal from Quang lol
