You can also the the speed fx in logic and adjust the tempo right? Which would would be more efficient you think?

Yes good point. That would be a lot better if working with a couple tracks, but I showed this way as I think many would just adjust tempo on their whole session with multiples audio and midi tracks

Yes you would have to Bounce the session to export. You can't use the export region feature though to export stems.
