My lagna lord is Jupiter it's in 4rth house, I work from home for last 7 years and I also bought a home in 2021 for the same reason. I love creating stuff for home by myself. Like wooden furniture, shelfs etc. After moving to new home I became a part of my building society and started contributing. Although my home is near a temple so it stays a little bit busy but overall Deepanshu sir's prediction is very very true.

23:10 pranaam sir 🙏Mars retrograde in 9th house. Feel isolated, I just avoid best family functions, missed best friends wedding. But I wish good for all of them. But I don’t know why I am so isolated. But I love people. But manifesting love in my life, pata nahi kay hoga, but Shankar bhole par trust hai.
I also have inclination to study scriptures in detail and temple architecture particularly in next phase fo my life. Infact I have planned where to get guidance from. I feel bad like my child is hurt when I see any tree is hurt or neglected. I have felt that somewhere I have to undo what my ancestors did. Even if they were not solely responsible for it.
Yes we feed and create green space for sparrows, but son will increase my efforts towards other animals. May be help dog shelter. In city it’s difficult to find monkeys, but may be during trek.

Sir, what you said about 1st lord Mars in second is 100 percent true for me. As I have retro mars ketu in 2nd house Sagittarius. Though I want to detach from my family, but before leaving them, I want to take all responsibilities to make sure that they will be financially stable forever without me. So I'm thinking of starting a business and once it progresses well, I'll hand over the business to my sister or my father, and then I'll leave my family, or atleast live away from them.

1.Native had to leave the birth town after getting a job in a bank at the age of 22.
2. Whenever tried to buy house, each and every time some kind of problems happened. At first, the money was stuck in 2 properties. Then tried to take loan for buying the house but bank rejected. Irony is the native himself issued house loans for others.
3. Had a lot of accidents through two wheeler.
4. The 4 wheeler native bought was mostly used by the life partner.
5. Native himself left the ancestral property. Not have any interest in getting it.
6. In Rahu dasha, got transferred in almost all the districts of the residing state.
7. Took charge of the branches which were in losses and made it to work greatly. After that, again got transferred.

1.I love taking care of my house and decorate it. It's only me who take the responsibility to do some changes in my house.
The house we are currently living in comfortably was chosen by me. Actually, I did the house hunting and then chose everything for it, even the date of Gruh Pravesh.
2. Both the cars we owned/ownweres chosen by me. I planned out everything from the scratch. For the second car my family own, I want to share sometimes about it. As our first car was old enough (about 8 years), I casually asked my family to change it . They denied saying it's running good so no need to change it. Within a year that car went so much bad that we had to exchange it with the new one.
3. I'm in love with my city that it keeps me in sad mood to think that I may have to shift in another city.
4. Mental Peace is my first priority always.
5. I drive 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler nicely.
I would take the guidance of going to sleep on time, donating food and mixing up with people.
