Can you give me some tips how i can get more endurance for drawing? I wonder how some artists working on a drawing for weeks or even months. I want to bring my drawings to the next level (photorealism) and i know you have to take more time but how do i do that?
Usually for me, if I have a project that I know will take me a long time to finish then I plan a few other shorter projects (often in a totally different medium) that I can do at the same time to give me something different to look at and re-motivate me to finish the longer one. By doing it in completely different mediums, like colored pencils vs paint, I can do the one that is slow when I'm in the mood for taking my time and then when I want to take a break and do something faster, I can switch to paint and vise versa. Another thing that I tell myself to motivate me is to say that once I finish _blank_ on the long project then I can move on to _this_ aspect of the shorter project and vise versa.
