Idk Penn sealed the bowl game with a pretty electric sack. Dude was the furthest LB away from the snap and flew in and took ole Mordecai's lunch money. Me personally I would classify that as being athletic, at least athletic enough to be an impact player. He was also one of the few defensive players that consistently knew his assignment. Penn solid
