I was a wedding Mobile DJ and played this song at a wedding.
It wasn’t the bride and grooms song or even the parents dance song. It was as played with no one on the dance floor in honor of the brides mother who died weeks before the wedding.
I was privileged to witness such a somber but beautiful moment.
In over 400 wedding parties I performed at 30 years ago, that’s the most cherished and memorable moment I can recall.

Well unfortunately it's nearly impossible to (technically speaking) completely remove all the vocals from an original analog recording. And yes I totally agree that I hurts a performance with that faint but noticable poorly removed voice track. And isay this professionally speaking having owned a mobile karaoke business since 2003. Well the good news it can be done with high end studio equipment. But the majority of people who post these absolutely horrendous versions on TH-cam don't and can't afford the proper sound technology to make it sound absolutely clean and flawless like we all want flawless

It’s called a vocal guide.
Compared to most Karaoke (free) on TH-cam, it’s at a very low volume and easy to sing over.
If you sing live karaoke, you’ll never notice it because you’re used to singing over loud out of tune singers trying to sing along.
Typically, you can purchase a version without the vocal guide.
