2 cups (452g) butter
1 cup (117g) castor sugar
2 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
4 cups (480g) all-purpose flour
For thumbprint cookies
¼ cup (80g) strawberry jam
For chocolate cookies
3 tbsp (27ml) warm milk
3 tbsp (21g) cocoa powder
melted white chocolate to dip
topped with crushed meringue
For Christmas sandwich cookies
A few drops of red color
½ cup (91g) cream cheese frosting
Desiccated coconut
For spiced cookies
1 tsp (2g) cinnamon powder
1 tsp (2g) ginger powder
½ tsp (1g) clove powder

I am an aspiring baker, so stand mixer is one of the main equipments in my check list. If I get one, I will use this for making artisan breads and panettone. I was recently diagnosed with some gastric issues and only narrowly missed undergoing a major surgery. For the last three months, I've been on the path of trying to use food to heal. This, of course, means cooking a lot and cooking from scratch.

We all love to eat baked goodies like cakes ,cupcakes ,cookies..... Don't you think our celebration does not complete without cakes and cupcakes??
But sometimes when I go out and see these poor kids i really wonder if they have ever tasted these yummy cakes n cookies , maybe they have or maybe they haven't . I really wish that these children could taste n relish these yummy delicacies. like we do.
I have tried a couple of times baking and distributing some cupcakes to them. i can't even express the happiness on their faces. It gave me a reason to refine my baking skills
When I make cakes manually it takes a lot of time to mix the batter , do the icing due to which I m unable to make bigger batches of cakes and cookies , but if I will have this "STAND MIXER"' I would be able to make bigger batches and distribute it to a larger number of children n get a smile on their faces.

I have been a home baker, and your recipes have always helped me, your recipes are perfect example that baking is not difficult and it’s just an art about which you have to be passionate enough. Balways gives me inexpressible happiness. Growing up I’ve always been very fond of desserts😋. My favourite thing is chocolate eclairs. I’ve loved them so much that I had them as my birthday cake. I’ve tried baking every possible dessert at home except eclairs, with this stand mixer i would get to bake my favourite eclairs. Choux pastry always fascinates me and I can’t wait to try my hands at it.
Myself & my frnd started a home baking at July-2021. It was our Dream. And we didn't even get a single Rupee from our parents till now. Every materials and everything we bought was from our own earnings.We completed our degree in 2020 an started working so from that money we invest in our baking. Your eggless recipies are such a lifesaver coz I'm not a great fan of using eggs in my baking. I started baking since 2016 but the recipies won't turn out great ( the cake would come out like halwa 😅) but I didn't give up ,then I started following ur channel and the recipies. I tried this recipe👉 THE WORLD'S BEST CHOCOLATE CAKE and it turned out so great (thank you for that) I would Bake Swiss buttercream ,and french macrons if i get that mixer ❤️

Amazing Recipe! I really liked the idea of using only one dough for four different types of cookies, which actually is a great way to not waste ingredients and throw them in the dustbin. For the Stand Mixer, I would bake different recipes for my family and I would surely use it for good like Baking things and share it to the poor, baking for small children who are not able to celebrate a happy Chritmas, and the smiles of those children will surely make my Christmas perferct so I hope that whoever wins the stand mixer uses it for good and for the "JOY OF GIVING". Happy Holidays!!! I would be absolutely thrilled to have the stand mixer. I have always been that person who always sees Baking videos and never does it. Baking is something I got into only during quarantine when I was having a really bad time with my mental health. Now nothing makes me more happy than to bake for my loved ones. I have been recently distributing my baked goodies ( Shoutout to your Lemon cupcakes and that home made cream cheese frosting man, they are an absolute crowd favorite) and spreading the holiday cheer. This mixer will make my life a helluva lot easier and would be of great help. Even though your recipes are very easy to follow, it does become a tad tedious after multiple batches. Suffice to say I have really strong biceps after all that whisking, lol. I would make fluffy Japanese Cheesecake or meringue with that stand mixer, cause hand beating egg whites to stiff peaks is no joke man. It will absolutely make my year if I do win the mixer!

Using a stand mixer, my frequency of baking will definitely increase. I have tried making Cookies in the past but stopped making them due to the amount of hard work I have to do just to eat merely 6 cookies.
The cookies came out so well. They are yummy.

Hi Shivraj. Ur recipes and measurements and technique are perfect for me to try out. Thanks for that. And I wanted to do whole wheat breads for my son who is 5yrs old and wanted me to bake good breads at home with the stand mixer I get. I was really holding of trying lot of new recipes without the stand mixer as it’s not that I can’t do without that but it will be perfect without that.
I loveee buttercream frosting as it is so I will make some frosting in the new stand mixer and it will also make it so much easier!

I have never had a stand mixer but we had one growing up (and love how simple it makes throwing together a recipe). I’ve actually been thinking about starting a small baking business. As far as what I would make in my new stand mixer - I have already made a ton of cookies for this time of year so I would want to make a cake. I have a Dark Chocolate cake that I love to make with Salted Caramel filling and vanilla icing/caramel drizzle - that would be the first thing I’d make in my mixer. Second on that list would be some Dulce De Leche Thumbprint Cookies.
Lovely! I would use the stand mixer to make all these cookies and doughs! Every christmas I make different doughs for cookies, this recipe makes things much simpler, I am planning to make all the cookies recipes on your channel with the standmixer!

I would love to own a stand mixer as I always wanted to try my hand at making breads and many of the recipes call for a lot of mixing which would be so much easier with a stand mixer. Oh and how can I forget…I would also make whipping cream and ganache using that!

Whenever I think of stand mixers the first thing that comes to my mind is bread dough.... I love baking breads and this stand mixer will make it much easier to make the bread dough for my bread baking experiments 😊
