구해주다 + -어서 = 구해줘서 To rescue someone + casual relationship = since (you) save/rescue (someone) 구해주다 + -었- + -다며(ㄴ서) =구해줬다며 To rescue someone + past tense + check the fact that you already know = (You) said (you) saved/rescued (someone) (...) those parts are dependent on the context, since, you may know already, there are lots of omissions in Korean;-)
