The high-rise in Gladbeck at Schwechater Straße 38 is being demolished by www.linkamp-abbruch.de/ at this point a shopping center is to be built. The residents I was able to speak to are very happy with it. There is a clear lack of shopping opportunities in this area of the city. The former owners could not finally afford the cost of the elevator. The apartments themselves were very nice ... anyway.
