💛 This is my first vlog. (Feeling excited, isn't it?^^)
😊 Today, for my first vlog, I've captured a typical day at Nannanna House.

🥦 Recipes
🥨 High-Protein Tortilla Rolls
▫️Cross-cut the tomato at the bottom and briefly blanch in hot water.
▫️Boil an egg for 11 minutes.
(Because of the baby, we prefer it well-cooked. 😄)
▫️Place high-protein tortilla.
▫️Add cottage cheese.
▫️Crack the egg and place it on top.
▫️Put blanched tomato slices on top.
▫️Add avocado.
▫️Finish with aioli sauce. (Or mayo if aioli is unavailable)
🥨 Kimchi Fried Rice
▫️Lightly cook Spam.
▫️Chop the cooked Spam into squares.
▫️Chop the kimchi.
▫️Add cooked rice.
(This prevents the fried rice from getting mushy.)
▫️After stir-frying well, add one egg.
▫️(Optional: Add 1 tsp of YonDu for extra flavor)
▫️Finish by sprinkling dried seaweed.

▪️Ham - [Spam] Lite
▪️Kimchi - [Sydney HanNong]
▪️Dried seaweed - [BiBigo]
🥨 Seasoned Fried and Soybean Curd
▫️Buy fried tofu for sushi at a Korean/Asian grocery store. 😆
▫️Sprinkle seasoning on slightly sticky rice.
▫️Adjust the seasoning with vinegar and Oligodang Syrup according to taste. (Taste may vary by brand.)
▫️Squeeze the sauce from tofu and split it in half.
▫️Fill the tofu with seasoned rice.
