I dont know how you do it...If i do even small cheat days like these mukbangers, it has an avalanche like effect on my eating habits....id eat unhealthy for days after cause i then have all these cravings i usually dont have...i dont get it "out of my system", i literally get it "in my system"... i commend your discipline if u can really switch back to regularity that easily !
It's easy when I know I won't enjoy my cheat day the next week if I've been eating like crap! It gives me something to look forward to haha
