Love your work, love feathers and love copper!❤ I am going to try one as I need to submit a fold formed piece for class. Thank you for sharing with all of us!
Thanks Bel. sorry for late reply..I started using 18 mm diameter and also made a bigger version with 28mm diameter..You can actually use any size..just make sure to have fun ok..cheers
Love this! I have alot of copper from our plumbing under the house, various sizes. I may practice a bit! Did heating & quenching it soften it or what was the purpose of that might I ask 😊
i know im randomly asking but does anyone know a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost the account password. I would love any help you can give me.
@Misty Bailey cold working it makes it herder the more you work it, commonly called work hardened. Heating and quenching, or annealing/normalizing reverses that and makes it soft again. Copper is the exact opposite from iron/steel in that respect.
you can achieve patina using different method and chemicals. experimentation with heat and chemicals like as simple as vinegar makes a difference..cheers
Are you aware that you can change the speed of the playback on video? It alters the quality some but click over video and icons will come up on screen. Go to the 3 vertical dots in a row and click. There will be a pop up menu where one will say something like playback speed. Click this for another pop up. The slowest speed is .25x or you can always go the other direction for twice as fast 😁

Very nice work! What gauge are you using for that?
Thank you. I'm just using a typical 1" or 1/2 copper pipe from home
hardware.
What is the cooper's gauge please?
❤🙏
What kind of tool were you using to cut the tubing at the beginning I love it.
Thanks for watching my videos.. I used a pipe cutter. You can get them in different sizes from any hardware store. 0:31

Awesome, love it! What’s the best way to soften the sharp/rough edges?
thanks for watching.. just file the edges, sand it then buff it..
Thank you
Cool
Loved it! What type of hammer did you use
Thank you..I bought cheap hammera and modifeid them a bit to suit my design..Cheers
What compound are you using on your buffing wheel? If you don’t mind me asking.
Hi John..I use the red rouge/jeweller's rouge for metal..You can also use the green rouge for soft or hard metal..Thanks for the comment

This is so inspiring! Can I ask, what size copper pipe did you start with?

@Jayce Jadiel Instablaster ;)
Hi Misty, Heating. annealing copper makes it softer so it is easier to manipulate unlike metal with iron heating is the opposite..cheers
Thank you Rizaldy!!

Beautiful work is this the only jewelry you have on your TH-cam??❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Is there a patina on the copper? If so, how exactly do you get it?
you can achieve patina using different method and chemicals. experimentation with heat and chemicals like as simple as vinegar makes a difference..cheers
Thanks bro!
healped me allot :D
glad you liked the video and helped you with your creations..Thanks
What kind of anvil is that? I love it! I love your bracelet as well it's just I've never seen an anvil like that?
I only bought the chapest anvil I could afford. I prefer a bigger one but budget wise this works well..Thanks
Do you have any available for sale?
sorry I dont sell stuff but for sure you can make it too..thanks
🤩
So f****** beautiful. can i know the length, please?
You are so talented! Maybe I can learn this trade in prison?
Thanks Matt..For sure you can make this anywhere..cheers
Can you help me understand the initial polish you did? Before you shaped it into form.
no need to polish but make sure to anneal it everytime to soften the metal and hammering makes it hard again..polish at the end..thanks for watching
why i need to heat it up´?
Make it softer so that you can work it. As you hammer on it the copper hardens
@@lacklusterami Thanks bro..
yes just like what Jered said. annealing softer the metal but with steel it is the opposite..cheers
@@monkeyzeetube , thank you for the awesome Vidya
way too fast to watch
