Low key obsessed with this dude. His story telling is epic and he is Authentic while staying humble, funny without being mean and thought provoking without getting preachy.
The tooth joke, about baby teeth perfect, that led into the hand in front of the face to represent mangled, crooked teeth just made me laugh so hard, i cried!!
Bill Burr + Bob Marley (comedian) = Juston McKinney. Very funny. Stoked to hear you on the Bonfire talking about your time as a Shariff in Maine. Shout out from York county.
I listen to stand-up comedy almost every morning as I get ready for work. You have been my absolute favorite (and I don't even have children)!!!! I am a former teacher and an aunt who keeps my 2 young nephews every now and then, and this was absolutely amazing!!! I love your comedy and how well it correlates to others. Keep going!!! Good luck in all you do!!! THANK YOU!!!
I can’t think of anyone else who comes close to the fun it is listening to and watching you. You are the best. I only recently found you and I listen to you every day. Please don’t stop.
Superb. Great delivery and jokes and on point observations with comments - that only parents would fully appreciate. UK based here - in comparison with the USA we seem to be just chilling it large.
I grew up the youngest. A surprise baby some 65 years ago, outside of Cleveland, Ohio. Cold weather gear for kids has certainly improved since then, most kids aren't reliant on hand-me-downs anymore so I'm sure they'll never know the joys of bread bags in boots with holes or tissue in the toes of every pair of ice skates. That said, I moved to the south before having my child. We get snow once in a while, schools close but I've not had to devote 45 minutes to prepare her to walk to the car, ever. Pretty good set Juston, clean comedy that's relatable. Thumbs it up for you.

❤❤❤❤ i watch a lot of comedy shows and I have NEVER STOPPED in the MIDDLE (actually closer to the beginning) of one to write a comment about how I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING!! pure refreshing and intelligent humor!! Subscribed and liked most definitely!! (I'd even PAY to see him...and that's saying a lot)❤❤❤
Loved it! My kids are all grown up but you reminded me why I'm so glad I don't have grandchildren. You are a real treat! My kids are hilarious and entertaining and gorgeous but those early years were unbelievably stressful. Good to remember and find it funny! Thanks a million 😂🤣😄
When I was little (in the 70’s) my parents would put a glass of water and set it on the stove and that’s where my teeth would go, then in the morning my tooth would be gone and a QUARTER would be in the glass if water!! I could buy 25 One Cent candies at the store! Those were the days! Truly! It’s unreal that something MAKE BELIEVE has increased in value!! $5 for one tooth!! I used to get $3.25 an hour working! Crazy! But you make me laugh through all your videos! Great show!! And laughter is wonderful!! Thank you!
Almost wrote you off in the beginning, but your genuine persona kept me locked in. then i saw how deep and genuine you are in your comedy. i guess what im trying to say is... stay genuine, don't get all PC on us.
Thank you! I do try to stay close to my self...check out my newest special On the Bright Side, also available on my channel...I think you might enjoy it.
I am genuinely not a fan of comedy special intros or cut-in scenes that don't seem to belong or make any sense... but when your cut-in came up about your kids saying these mess-with-people-in-public people have more subscribers thus making them successful... I immediately went to subscribe, like, and everything else. You're funny. Lol. I support it. You're relatable hilarity is excellent. Top notch. Tens tens tens across the board. Highly reccomend. Will watch again. Two thumbs up. Five stars. Written by Dick Wolf. 👍
thank you...I resisted doing that but was told that gets more people to see it. My newest special also on this channel "On the Bright Side" doesn't have the interruption lol...check it out when you can:)
Richard Wolfenstein and LawDawg on the same page. PS I usually don't enjoy comics who make all their material about their kids but this was different from the rest. Have more Children! It's Terminator Time.
My daughter’s boyfriend isn’t sure he wants a child because they’re so expensive. I sent him Juston’s special so he could see how much fun being a dad can be.
That is sad tho, that ever since by about 1990 ppl think that raising kids has to be so expensive. Obviously, nowadays with inflation etc. worse than ever, it might be... but b4 that, other than definitely needing to be close with God and depending on His provision sooner or later if He allows many hard or costly challenges to come your way, it really didn't need to be that bad. I was born in 1980, the 2nd of 8 of us. The last 5 were from 88 to 98, and I was around for all of it , working on our farm. From simple cloth diapers ( and clotheslines... and thrift sales ) to making own baby food with that non-electric, simple baby food mill (that's also fun for the older kids to use ;) ) to growing own food, caring for own kids while also if not farming, like mom, taking in other's kids or doing some part time work when hubby or older kids or grandma can be home/with the little ones. Again, I'm NOT saying this is easy to implement in a day for everyone, everywhere, in every circumstance. But for a LOT of folks, it could be do-able !! It really helps of course tho if the parents don't have unreasonable ideas of how much they can spend on luxury items like hair, nails, extra shoes etc. or sports, TV, etc. etc. . My parents made very little $ when I was little, their main income from the farm was the house to live in, electric, wood for heat, and "free" meat, milk and cheap cheese. But we worked 7 days a week most of time, and didn't spend much $. We ate simply and from scratch. If we couldn't afford it and didn't NEED it, we generally went without it. The average Joe back then didn't spend as much on luxuries as now, it seems, in spite of inflation being worse now.. . A lot of people couldn't have afforded cell phones etc. , or many extra shoes (unless they were from a thrift sale/store). Poor kids definitely didn't have shiny name brand stuff, phones, bling, tats... . Most of us couldn't afford to have their kids in things like Gymnastics, much less also drive em around to things several days a week regularly. In the early 80s, in rural-ish WI anyways, preschool seemed to be a newer thing and a lot of people didn't use it, much less drive 6 month olds to story times and play dates ! I'm not saying those things are bad ( although I do think they can be not as healthy as an old fashioned home life for a young child), but that it did NOT use to be at all normal. Kids were plenty healthy and well adjusted without them !
This was so great to see! I've loved Juston's work since I first saw him on his Comedy Central special. And yes, as someone who also had a "poverty pop" childhood, comparing it to my kids' childhood is just wild.
Hilarious! Not stop laughs! Great stuff. As a successful, loving father/ grandfather and old white atheist and advocate for women and civil rights, I’m loving it!
