LOW CARB VEGAN AVOCADO TOAST // My breakfast or snack everyday!

  • Avocado Cracker Toast!
    This low carb- high fiber cracker is MY FAVORITE toast alternative. Its so flavorful, gluten-free and I am yet to introduce it to someone how doesn’t love it too! Its so quick and easy to make. I typically enjoy it for breakfast or a mid day snack! Usually I will have it along side of 1 over medium egg, tomato slices, and cucumber. :)
    What you’ll need
    Trader Joes Crisp Bread (www.traderjoes...)
    1/2 Avocado
    Nutritional Yeast
    Salt, Pepper
    Sprouts of choice (I used alfalfa sprouts)
    Cilantro (I found a micro sized at the grocery store called Sprouts)
    Squeeze of fresh lime
    The best part is that you can top it with whatever you choose. Sometimes I use Everything But The Bagel seasoning or hot sauce! You really can’t go wrong :)
