Catch a whole lot of electric type pokemon and turn the Pikachu Room into a remake of the Vermillion Gym (In Kanto).
Which would be epic, because since you have Zapdos you can use that kind of like in the anime how all the Gym Leaders have their favorite, or strongest pokemon.

Just my opinion, but, can you do all the building off camera? I know you didn't his episode but you've been doing a lot of building recently and nothing really pixelmony. I mean, the point of pixelmon isn't to build, it's to catch 'em all! And be the very best! That no one ever was! I know, that sucked, but I hope you listen to my suggestion.
Oh, and to get legendaries, just fly al the way up into the air and it should say that a legendary has spawned. But you can only do it in a biome where legendaries do spawn (like the plains biome for Rayquaza).

Rayquaza spawned 13 times per day when I played this mod in my creative world. (Real days) I don't know why, and I don't think there's a difference of the time apart that legends spawn when you're in creative.
