Also if you shift click or shift right click the question mark in not enough items, as long as you have the marerials to craft it crafts it for you if your in a crafting table/grid.(try the different types clicking for both i'm not completely sure what click is for what.
Maybe for your secret route to the underground lab you use your sandstone side walk and then you connect one of your sandstone blocks then you connect it with red stone to a button

And... catch a starvia... evolve it into staraptor train it until lvl 50 minimal until it get BRAVE BIRD move it's a flying type move that have 120 power and 100 accuracy but careful cuz it's only have 5 pp
it would really help you to train Zapdos to give him TM's and then if you and the others ever have another tournament you can have a say in the battle and by the fact thinkcya has found a mew and i am sure he is turning it into a mewtwo so give Zapdos the most powerful moves possible
