That's what UHD looks like man. Your eyes are just used to looking at videos that are around the 20-30fps range and normal HD but this is 100000 times better. You'll get used to it

+swanny19881 framerate has nothing to do with resolution. uhd refers to 4k or pixel density. framerate is how many frames are displayed per second. you can have a 240p video at 120 fps they are different things.
