Probably it is the political weakness of Islamic countries that give the wrong impression and do not allow such people to flourish and determine the destinies of their own lands. I'm an Eastern Christian and I've always felt more culturally comfortable with my Muslim friends than with many Western Christians, even if our theology is totally different. Charles isn't a politician, he is an extremely well educated, cultured individual and I respect his well-formed views. If anything it probably makes him a better Christian.

My father is a freemason. Royals are freemasons too. I converted to Islam. My father didn't. He does not believe in God. He's quite a selfish man too. I can write a book about how painful life has been with him. The other day he revealed he has many books about Islam in his library, which surprised my muslim family. Freemasons are very agile in conversation. There's a glibness that used to mislead me. My father reads books the way he eats sweets. What he says and what he does are polar opposites. Diana has vanished. She was bullied over the years. Where are his family values he so wholeheartedly shares with Islam? Believers practice what they preach. We are not satisfied with ourselves by simply sounding good. His so called knowledge does not impress me. It takes a lot more to be in God's good books. Mistreating women isn't one of them.
Diana is a sad story. The was out of place in the Roayal household from the start. His many years in the back seat probably gave him the chance to read a lot and reflect and it takes courage for him to say these things in these times.
