Not a big fan of gangsta rap which followed later, but glad to see the rap industry broadening and picking up some new fans. I would encourage you to check a video/song called The Patriot by Topher and The Marine Rapper. Beautiful.

An awful lot is due to the visual imagery used in the video, which I suspect was chosen by The genius Nova Rockefeller. To show infants who will be subjected to The System is absolutely the perfect way to bring home the importance of the evil being done to humanity. And yes, we all suffer from it.

Hello Peace Dora, I'm not a rap fan either (or only of very few rappers...), but I love Tom, he's a real artist! I'll be here for any other Tom MacDonald reaction (already a sub for your Angelina Jordan reactions...) for sure! But I'll leave suggesting other songs of his to others, in my opinion he ain't got no bad ones, they are always deep lyrically, and I actually like his style (and the visuals, all of his videos are done by his girl Nova, she's amazing as well, has her own songs too and some together with Tom...). Together they are completely independent (not signed to any record label). that's why they can speak the truth. They don't get airplay on radio or TV (which are owned by the system), but they got a huge and devoted fanbase from all over the world who support them, some of them will soon be here and suggest more songs...
So, instead, as I'm not a rap fan, I'll suggest one of the very very few (there's a third one, but we'll get to him later...) rap artists I really adore. This is Little Simz (Simbi), full name Simbiatu Abisola Abiola Ajikawo, born 23.02.1994 in London, Nigerian ancestry. She's incredibly good, her cadence and flow are immaculate, and her lyrics even deeper than Tom's, maybe because she's a woman... I would really love to see your reaction to her, and hopefully not only one, maybe you'll get as hooked on your sister as I am and continue to review her great songs. Your second one might be "Woman" or "Point And Kill" (gorgeous video shot in Nigeria...), but we'll see to that after your first reaction to her, for a start I would love to suggest "Introvert", which is the title track from her new album "Sometimes I Might Be Introvert" (which is a genius title as the Initials of the Words in the title make up her name S.I.M.B.I...). For me this is one of the best rap albums ever recorded, if not the best... because she can rap like no other, but she has soul. And like Tom's, her lyrics are real AF, sometimes she makes you wanna scream! Some reactors actually do... - I'm too curious to see what impact she'll have on you... This song and Tom MacDonald as a whole every song but especially this one,has the realist words ever written,, some people can't handle his music because as a friend of mine said he's "too real" and makes you think too hard.

He's an artist i really and truly respect. not only does he make great music but he's speaks facts about the truth of a lot of things. He broaches the hard subjects in such a slap in the face manner that he can't be ignored. Definitely an artist that the music industry is struggling to keep out of peoples view but he literally just bubbles all through the cracks. they can't stop him though. What Tom touches on is the "system" verses God's gift for our existing and living Free. It doesn't mean we will not have to work or struggle. But we are being led down a road to exist, told that to prosper we must play along with the evils - a little bit at a time- or all at once. It hurts our souls. Us who love deeply - we see. Some have been raised in a world where they know no soul. Our encounters with them can drain us. It gets complicated but if you have morality as a campus -- hold it to your chest!
