A third party can be appointed to both manage the funds and ensure the recipient isn't going to waste it on frivolous purchases and investments. Additional stipulations such as the use of a financial and/or business manager can also be included to further ensure the recipient is using the money wisely and learning how to do it independently. Like hell it is. It's the dead spouse's money to go to whomever he or she wants (wanted) it to go. When my dad died, my mom got half of everything. We three kids each got equal parts of the other half. That is a pretty standard arrangement. Half to the wife and the other half equally split among the kids. He also set up trust funds for each of us three kids in addition to large straight out inheritances. So we have huge monthly incomes for the rest of our lives. He didn’t set up any trust fund for my mom. He thought she will keep her money but figured we kids may blow our inheritances due to financial stupidity from never having struggled, he said. (Not that he ever did either) That came out of our half. That's the only reason my mom got more than the three of us kids combined. But we are set for life with the trust fund income alone. And I didn’t blow my up front inheritance either as he feared each of us would do through sheer stupidity. I've still got it. In fact, it has increased a great deal in investments. The stocks are going up again finally though they were doing far better before that doddering dolt biden became president. And the commercial and agricultural real estate is through the roof. Though so are the property taxes in Texas. Not so much in California and Arizona.

Candy did pay for a lot for the kids at one point but it wasn’t enough for Tori. It was on Tori’s show years back. Idk what happened afterwards but candy did pay for their schools (the kids she had at the time) and bought them things and even gave her money here and there but Tori said slightly she should have received more or deserved more. She certainly thought she should inherit alot of daddy’s money which bothers me with so many kids. I’m not rich my any means and my uncle is and was always a father figure to me as my dad passed away from heart issues when I was 5 and he’s the same way with my kids and I always said idc if I receive anything but if you can give to my kids that’s all I care about. This makes me feel sad for her in a way. Not because she didn’t get as much money as she expected or wanted, but because the whole situation her life is in tells me she probably had very little real interaction with her parents as a child, and she didn’t get the affection or attention she really needed from them. Like hell it is. It's the dead spouse's money to go to whomever he or she wants (wanted) it to go. When my dad died, my mom got half of everything. We three kids each got equal parts of the other half. That is a pretty standard arrangement. Half to the wife and the other half equally split among the kids.
He also set up trust funds for each of us three kids in addition to large straight out inheritances. So we have huge monthly incomes for the rest of our lives. He didn’t set up any trust fund for my mom. He thought she will keep her money but figured we kids may blow our inheritances due to financial stupidity from never having struggled, he said. (Not that he ever did either) That came out of our half. That's the only reason my mom got more than the three of us kids combined. But we are set for life with the trust fund income alone. And I didn’t blow my up front inheritance either as he feared each of us would do through sheer stupidity. I've still got it. In fact, it has increased a great deal in investments. The stocks are going up again finally though they were doing far better before that doddering dolt biden became president. And the commercial and agricultural real estate is through the roof. Though so are the property taxes in Texas. Not so much in California and Arizona.
