- New "Awakening" System for Ancient Cookies I Ancient+ Cancelled by Devsisters
Devsisters Have Cancelled the Ancient+ Rarity for Dark Cacao Cookie DRAGONLORD. Ancient Cookies like Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie, Dark Cacao Cookie, Golden Cheese Cookie and White Lily Cookie will have an "Awakening" instead.
Awakened Cookies may enhance their power greatly through upgrades using certain materials that makes them stronger than ever.

Though if I want to guess, hopefully, awakened form of dark cacao could be implemented by simply upgrading the Soul Jam, it will have a difference in appearance it's apparently like beast but a lot more free to play friendly

An Awakening system is 100 times better than making an entirely different cookie and rarity of the same character, plus dealing with something that no player would enjoy. Honestly, idk why they didnt think of a awakening system in the first place

How do you know they moved the update to next week ??
People should still expect some sort of gatcha attached to this new Awakening feature, and not get mad about it. The main problems have been fixed but they still need to make money, this Awakening upgrade is more than just a small buff. I suspect the new gatcha will have you pull for special item that allows you to Awaken your existing Dark Cacao cookie. Also expect a legendary costume gatcha. We just went from one gatcha to two lol.

There is still no official announcement about when the update comes since Devsisters are busy now with remaking the Changes. They need to do some revisions from the scrapped Ancient+. It might take 8 days or more. We will just have to wait for the official announcement.

I'm not sure about that since the Ancient+ rarity is changed and now being Awakened form. Supposedly it was together with a Beast Cookie. But since it will be an upgrade, there is a probability that the faithful Gacha will not happen or scrapped (speculation). But for now, let's just wait and see the official announcement soon.

Based on the information, Ancient+ Rarity is now cancelled by Devsisters. Ancient Cookies like Pure Vanilla Cookie, Hollyberry Cookie Dark, Cacao Cookie Golden, Cheese Cookie and White Lily Cookie may have "Awakened" form. But the first Ancient that will have the Awakened form will be Dark Cacao Cookie. Awakening (Tentative Name) System will be added in the next update. When the Cookies have Awakened, their Strength or Power will greatly increase. This is like having the Crystal Jam (but with no Crystal Jam) but on Awakened form.
There might be some materials for upgrade or to make Ancient Cookies Awaken.

This is good n all but yall should be ashamed of yourselves. The people have to code a new system and they wasted a ton of time making those assets, and for what if yall cried and cried.
The ancients will probably change appearance when awakened,as for the different promotion appearances,they will probably be used depending on how much you upgraded the awakening
Eeee It s the fault of the cooratives and i fell a little bad for them but if they don t want extra work don t make updates bad easy peasy
Well they shouldve given more consideration to ALL players its better to fix it now than make the problem a lot worse in the future
almost no-one wanted a new system. it's a shame for a dev team to lose so much of work and time but it's better then if they released a thing community don't want.
