try using traceroute ip command for linux. tracert for windows.

Hi, try connecting using your hostname vmiXXXXX.contaboserver.net. Go to your IP management in your contabo dashboard to find your hostname.

Current Status The current status of your VPS can not be retrieved. This does not mean that your VPS is offline.

When did you buy your vps? If it's down, wait for at least 4 hours for their response. Also check if your server is affected contabo-status.com/

I'm sorry Contabo didn't work well. I can also vouch for Hetzner, but they want identity verification. It's harder to get into their server.
