Isn't that ridiculous that being 'allowed' to issue a 50% reduction on a returned item that comes back in 50% of the condition that it was sold?
It's very helpful. There's many facets why ebay put it in place. I dealt with 45 return cases and 27 were returned and only a few got 100% refund this year.
