I have a Mitsubishi FK fighter 2006. If you have worn the first step off the brake shoe is it time to replace them or is this halfway? The rest of it looks like brake material

Bruce. I have a 2003 fuso fh210 that im working on. I replaced the e brake assembly and cable. Do you know how to adjust it after reinstalling it?
Not sure on the e-brake - I have not had to dive into that one yet. Is the handle end of the cable threaded - can you adjust it there?
Do you know the diameter of the shaft that the inner seal sits on???
Unfortunately I don’t have that info - sorry.
