my first serious passion, who just broke my heart in two... this was our breakup song. haven't really listened to it in decades. Still, those heart memories come back so strong, especially when I hear these lyrics. just heartbreaking, really. And really lovely too for a strange reason.

And I was there. May 1976, and 15. Bomb scare half way through concert. Elton restarted from the first song! Great night
