True! Even if it's not part of my culture, I used to tell my crushes that I like them except with this one man. He was my ult crush in college and the words he said to me were only, "Excuse me" which made me so giddy. Then he graduated first and I two years later. I moved to another place for work. I saw him a couple of times (from a far) and my heart still fluttered. Then 2 years ago, he died from a car accident. I cried. I confessed before to other people and got rejected many times too. It hurt like hell. But not confessing to that one man and later I knew that he died? It's one of my regrets in life.
I think that's manly. A guy should have that confidence in him. Girls might get shy and always be lady-like but really, a man who can express himself directly, girls appreciate those kind of man and it is somewhat a turn on.

I'm like Peniel 😂 I kinda listen to my crush's conversation with his friends when in class and ike what they would talk about loudly most of the time are animes they like. So one time during his birthday I got him a keychain of a dragonball ball 😂 I think like one time one of our new teachers entered our room and the teacher's keychain hanging out of his pant's pocket and my crush saw it and he called his friend and I heard my crush took out some keys he had (most likely he had it on his car keys at that time and showed it to his friends). They were seating on a row beside me and all I did was listened if he'll react or anything. I couldn't look at him cause I was shy he'd remember it lol but yeah, listen to small details 😂 I still do that to our conversation every now and then (send them something you get reminded of them maybe something they like)
