its not gonna be called "supra" tho. Its the FT-1, i dont even know if that comes into pruduction any soon either, they get help by BMW to make it cause they helped BMW with the BMW i8.
They're never going to be fully committed to performance because of emissions standards. They need to keep their average MPG low. That and the fact that Toyota is about reliability, which is the opposite for performance manufacturers.
Lamborghini, Audi, Bentley, how many years of their SUV history. These are all beginners.
Land Cruiser is the same age as my great grandfather. It has so many years of experience in SUVs.

Toyota needs to take more chances with their cars. Toyota plays it so safe that it has no hero cars to make people want to put Toyota posters up on walls. There needs to be turbo versions of the 86 for example. It wouldn't even be hard at this point to build a turbo version of the engine. Since the Supra went out of production, Toyota hasn't really made any waves

God, I wish Toyota would do something like Range Rover did with the company restoring a vintage vehicle for some loyal customers! That video was awesome and the factory showed some great PR on a customer appreciation video.
I currently own 3 Toyotas; 2015 Camry, 2015 Tundra TRD Pro and a 1980 FJ40. Other vehicles that I've owned during the past decade were a 2007 5.7 regular cab sport Tundra, a 2011 Tundra Texas Edition, a 2014 Corolla and a 2014 4Runner. That's a total of 7 Toyotas. Hook me up, Toyota execs, make the FJ40 new again with some sweet 6H9 paint!

The 2 door Patrol has fastest records for something like the 1/4 and possibly standing 1 mile I think but no top speed records have been attempted.
There is already a quad turbo LC200 looking to beat the Patrol with around 2,800-3,000hp but since it is the sand racing season there at the moment it has been put on the back burner till season finishes.

Toyota LC can not the fastest SUV, simply because this is not stock truck, heavily modified . I believe MB BRABUS is the World Fastest SUV as you can own one and it is available for sale. This one is just pimp-Toyota on the steroids.
there are a rules on what you can modified in the original truck to compete in the giving category , this particular modification not complying with any categories. According to the title "World’s Fastest SUV" nop, nobody will give them that title.
Again title says Worlds Fastest SUV not Worlds Fastest Production SUV. They are not claiming for production record.

Because Under The Hood of the Cherokee and Trachawk is a freaking charger srt engine dumbird and under the hood of the Land Cruiser is a V8
I think what the guy means is that the Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk is the fastest *production* SUV. What company in the right mind would give its customers a 3000hp SUV that can almost graze 400 km/h?
But the trackhawk (not the SRT) can almost get to 185 making it the fastest *production* SUV on the market.
