Conclusion: Performance is rough. its heavily relied on upscaling to reach playable fps. Going from max -> low dosent even give much fps gain. Some weird issue with FG ON is that , the game suddenly starts to stutter and freeze for few seconds , maybe its a driver issue. Also its better to play with xess on ultra quality or even quality as it has lot less noise on image compared to FSR.
I'd recommend sticking to the "High" preset and using FSR/XeSS in Quality, which i'm pretty certain it should be the same as PS5 settings. Only noticing some drops on the Castle area, no less than 58 fps. Considering FG but I would need to play the demo extensively to see how it'd affect the timing for perfect dodges.
The demo was running better so I ended up buying it and performance is ROUGH in open-ended areas (Lostwing, Martha's Rest, right outside Oriflamme), I don't recommend this game if you have an RX 6650XT. It's sad because I think it's actually really fun.
Your PC specs are fairly similar to mine, 6650 xt arriving next week probl'y in time for FF16. I really hope the full game will run better then this demo, this game just doesn't look good enough to be this darn demanding, I think the devs just tried to aim for a similar experience to the PS5 for this release, even the recommended specs are similar to the PS5. The recommended GPU is 6700 XT, which is 14% faster than the 6650XT according to techpowerup. They claim that is for 1080p 60fps, but not specify which settings. Assumedly high + FSR/DLSS
The problem with the game is the VRAM, it needs more than 8GB to run decently, any card with 8GB or less is suffering, so only cards like the RX 7600XT, RX 6750XT, RTX 3060, RTX 4070 and the like will run the game without problems with crashes and sudden drops in frame rate.
@@aminebenahmed440 it looks like maybe the shaders are not properly compiled , do one thing turn off FG for now and play on low or medium settings and then try see if it stutters. if ti still stutters then try to recompile the shader cache again , maybe its not possible so just reinstall the game

I think this game has the worst upscale I've ever seen. I prefer to play with lossless scaling which sometimes causes some ghosting on the screen than this unbearable blur.
It's the same story for most other of the same tier GPUs, 7600, 4060, 3060, 6600. The game shouldn't be running THIS poorly on any of them tbh, it just...doesn't look it should.

they just need to optimize it more , the demo even has negative rating on steam which says it all

I ran this game horribly on my RX 6650 XT and RYZEN 5 5600 constant stutters even it reaches 90fps
how much ram you got ? have you updated your gpu drivers ? try to use the settings i showed

Here too, nvidia gpus became expensive as hell, amd saved me this year, i build my first pc and i m loving the rx 6650
