【新潟市の夏祭り】みなと・しもまち・川祭り 2023【灯篭流し】

日本海側新潟市「新潟市歴史博物館みなとぴあ」敷地内で恒例の『みなと・しもまち・川祭り 2023』が今年も行われた。下町有志の方々と地域の子供達。高齢者の方々による「あかり」のイベントで、フルートの音色と灯篭（皆で作った手作りの灯篭）を敷地内の堀に浮かべ風情を楽しむ新潟の夏祭りとして定着しつつあるイベントです。
The annual ``Minato Shimomachi River Festival 2023'' was held again this year on the premises of ``Niigata City History Museum Minato Pia'' in Niigata City on the Sea of ​​Japan side.
