This is a wonderful introduction to mixed media. I’ve never seen another that talks about using different types of paints and inks within one art piece, I had no idea that that was possible, how exciting. Even better to have it all explained by an Australian artist so the products that I know. I’ve only just discovered you Laura and I’m so glad I did. Thank you so much for what you share.
You are such a gem, and a joy to watch. There's something very soothing about your videos, and I find myself gravitating towards them every time I feel down or anxious. Thank you. 🖤
Hi Laura, another wonderful video, thank you! Other than neocolor ii you didn’t mention any watercolour brands. Which do you use and recommend? Thanks ❤❤
Loved your video. Can you specify better wich kind of stabilo pencil you use, please? I’ve tried the inktense and they are not permanent after drying. At least notall the colors…
Do you have any favorite books about abstract art? Just wondering if the composition rules of regular art are the same for abstract art. Thanks. 🙋🏼♀️🇨🇦
This was great! I had no idea that FW ink isn’t water reactive and is permanent. Same with the inktense pencils . Really useful, thanks so much for sharing this!
If you leave the water for a few days, the pigment settles to the bottom and then you can put the water down the drain and scoop up the pigment with a paper towel and put it in the waste. I also try and avoid toxic colours like cadmium colours.

I like seeing what supplies artists use. It’s helpful. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing this video. It is very worthwhile!
Oh, thanks for sharing! This answered my other question about the Oil Pastels versus Neocolor II pastels.
So generous of you to do to this. Is there a written list of all your supplies?
Love your channel. Such inspiration, and ideas for me. T Y so much.

Inktense are not permanent. I tried it and I’ve seen lots of artists on youtube testing it and falling… 😕
Thank you.
