Intel's board is the problem here, they had a chance to get Pat but when he laid out his plan they said no, hired Bob Swan. Bob was disastrous for Intel and after a couple years of counting beans and losing product leadership, they brought in Pat, they finally said, okay let's do it your way. They didn't give him time, it would have taken at least 2 more years to start seeing the turn around and then they let him go. No one is coming into Intel and turning the company around any faster than what Pat was doing. As Intel Investors, we need to replace the board...
Please no. Intel does not have to catch up in AI, but rather become the American Foundry for leading edge. In this logic, the better external hire is not from Nvidia, but rather TSMC.

Conflict of interest and legal issues are when making a competitor executive as your ceo
@@slimjimjimslim5923isn't it the same thing with hiring from nvdia too.

They signed a government contract were they cant divest the company
Nice 🤝
Ok Sardarjee please... Don't talk nonsense 😂
Man Deep
replaced with more woke DEI trash
sinking ship intel
intel is too late. nvidia has the software moat but intel lacks both the foundry expertise nor the ai products to compete....
