L&T ACB(Air Circuit Breaker)/LT Breaker mechanism, main & arcing contacts, relay, CT explanation.

In L&T there are 2 types of ACB/LT Breaker
1) C Power type (comes with only current protection relay)
2) U power/Omega type (comes with current + voltage protection relay)
and in both types there are 2 sub types
a) EDO (Electrically Draw Out type)
b) MDO (Mechanically Draw Out type)
And in this video the ACB I have explained is C power MDO type ACB/LT Breaker

We r using this type of breaker we having tripping problem in y and B face before we are using R and B face only Now R face is failure Now connected y and b face but tripping problem what I do please explain that connect

ACB is tripping on earth fault protection as there is unbalance load on 3 phases so ither you can increase your earth fault setting on ACB relay as per your load or disable the earth fault protection.

It may be ground fault trip, cheak setting of release properly . and do the high voltage test...
