just once. i don't have many revenge targets because i tend to steer well clear of bad people. but recently, as my ex got louder and louder in demanding things off me i can't give her, i cut communication (because kid) to an absolute minimum. every time she demanded something i just didn't answer. when she called me i didn't listen or didn't even pick up. i even put the phone on the desk and walked away one time. that felt good. apparently she came to her senses, because she's been awfully nice to me in the last month. as in she didn't scream at me. so i opened up more to reward that behavior. i was starting to wonder when she will get that the louder she becomes, the less i care. wonder how long that will last though.
At the end, you said "...and their 'Lone Wolf' philosophy...". No, we are not 'Lone Wolves', we are picky & value those around us. We choose to be around those who like and respect us. So, we generally don't like large gatherings rather we prefer small, intimate get togethers were we can chat with everyone and be at ease around them. That said, I very much like the video & am keeping it in my Play List! 😊😊😊
Any stats / data or opinions on sigmas relation to accepting or rejecting religion , hocus pocus, UFOs, conspiracy theory etc. That would make for a good watch Thanks for your work.
My own opinion on this. Religion: will accept it, but not partake in the religious community. They're looking for messages. Hocus pocus: not sure what you mean. UFO: seen them. Would at least listen to others, even if I hadn't. Conspiracy: depends on what. Some are very stupid, like flat Earth, but I think in most cases willing to listen but not always buying it.
I don’t know whether to believe this stuff or not….almost everything I hear of sigmas is like self diagnosis, and I truly do love my own company…..I have come from a traumatic childhood, I am fiercely independent and yet I love to serve and benefit others and live accordingly I have been married for 27years and fathered three children that I have a solid relationship with….and yet, I have never been able to master my inner demons with any real consistency…..a couple years, a month, a week here or there….If only I could understand why I spent most of my adult life, self medicating through one substance, or another, on a daily basis…and yet I function on a level that surpasses most I know….its not arrogance, I am just being honest THAT part!!!!…I am still trying to work out 🤷♂️
If I'm hearing what you are saying the simple answer seems to be you don't need substances. You may want them but you don't need them. I can relate to your post, one day after quite a few years of being in a very similar place I decided I didn't want to use any longer. May sound a bit uneventful, I didn't announce it to anyone or make a big decision to myself. I just didn't want it any longer. Kind of like turning a mountain into a Mole hill if you catch my drift.
