Bodybuilding is the gym motivation the more you do the less time it requires max to 1 yr continuous me ho jata he
It's a myth it takes 3-4 years for human body to go on its genetically max level it can go with proper diet disciplined exercise and diet.
In 1 year you can achieve good cuts and some extra pounds of muscle but you will never know what's your body potential so it's maintained for years than we start competing so we use anabolic steroids.
